What do you like about your game?
I finally made my own LethalCompany computer, made my own CSG with a homemade "isInsideMesh" Tool and got to learn a lot about Modeling, PostProcessing and SoundDesign :D An extremely fun jam overall <3

Loved the game. Especially tense moments like blured vision and breathing over the shoulder and the running sound. I don't know if I did something wrong or it was intentional, but some levels didn't accept the right answer first time and weird thing were happening, which added to confusion, fun, panic all at once. The instructions are clear and introduced in an interesting way. You don't force the player to read something before the game (players usually just skip it anyways) and let them find out if they want to and when they want to. The main mechanic is very interesting and original. Great game!

there is one level where it’s intended for the computer not to accept the right answer on the first time, to add more panic if you’re in a rush. im not a 100% sure if the effect worked on everyone but its there so im happy to see that it worked for you :D

Hi, I just finished trying out your game! I loved the sound design on this, it is perfect. All the different sounds match together very well to create this tense atmosphere. Also the running sound coming from the back at some point was just terrifying .___.

All the 3D models are very well done and the lighting is also really good. I'm also quite bias as I love the old style pc feeling (like Lethal Company's one), so you got me easy there. Overall a really polished and solid game.

I really love this game.

I went in not expecting a horror game (how naive of me), and was pleasantly surprised. The main mechanic is great and fun, requiring you to your entire spatial awareness to guess the shapes and it's not too punishing as you can just repeatedly guess.

I would like to reiterate what other commenters have said and that's to make the controls smoother to use so that you don't have to type scan everytime. Maybe through a macro, I'm sure they have those whenever this game is set.

The first scary bit really got me and I got goosebumps, however that unfortunately weakened the second one, as I knew something was up when nothing was intersecting and was expecting something, so I didn't get as spooked by the jumpscare as I would've.

Oh and nice sfx and graphics too :)

Very cool concept! Genius idea to scan 3D objects, even if it was a bit vague at the start, I quickly got the hang of it and it was very fun. The graphic style is also on point. The only problem I encountered is that the game is too short lol.

super cool game! the person running one legit terrified me lol. one thing though is the gif at the very end seems to be very low resolution which was a little sad to see, but the core of the game was absolutely awesome, as someone who paid attention to development in the discord i was excited to play this one and it truly did not disappoint.

and yeah you’re completely right about the “end gif” being a bad quality, i kind of had to rush the end because of the time limit and the approach of a small burnout on this project. i might expand a little on the game in the future to give it a proper ending tho :)

interesting entry! the aesthetic is great, the gameplay is novel, and I liked how things progressed.

the interface is pretty good, but there are some pain points in the UX — especially with how the mouse is required for pressing those two buttons. also, the cramped screen is cute, but it does hurt the UX a bit. edit: disregard this, I was in a UX mood after playing finger-Twister platformers back-to-back and completely missed the point

very intriguing experience overall and I love the elephant face!

the pc is indeed very clunky, the lame answer to that concern is that it was intended for the oppressing environment to be transcribed in the gameplay, but i completely understand that it can come out as frustrating

wow this was insane! it took some time to understand what i needed to do, i was very much overwhelmed by the amount of commands, but after guessing the first object, the game flowed like waterwork! you really did well to emulate the lethal company terminal experience xd, and took it further with the scanning mechanic! it felt relatively intuitive for me imo! the process between slowly rotating objects and scanning it to slowly piece together what exactly your looking builds up a good amount of suspense, especially adding the sound effects that run in the background, the audio design is impeccable here!

the visual presentation of the game is also phenomenal! the way the everything is arranged, from the computer to the empty space near the center is so nice! i always found myself consciously sneaking peeks near the dark void in the center in case something was going to run up at me while i was busy interfacing with the terminal, really built a lot nice tension! also the terminal looks really good, love how the object representation and the scanning visualization looks!

overall, this was so cool, had me anxious the whole time! probably one of my favorite entries of the jam so far, great work!

very interesting. I took some time to understand, but it wasnt hard at all. The mechanics of controlling the scan is scuffed enough to make me feel I have a shitty job lol. I also like the lore bits, I wanna see more of it.

I really enjoy the idea of a game where you just type some commands in console and all. Feels like it was inspired (at least in terms of gameplay and the horror elements) by "Iron Lung" and it's a good thing
