premise is cool and all stuff is working as a thing greatly even though it’s not finished! would be more cool if flashlight and camera input keys were different. and instead of creating mechanics with photographing, i would make just more narrative and levels :)
A great experience, I liked a lot the atmosphere of your game and the mechanics used. I would have liked more sound effects or background musics, but I feel that it has the potential of an good and original horror game ! Congrats !
I love this, I feel like horror streamers would love this game (with some caveats, mainly the controller). I loved the atmosphere and indeed got jumpscared by the frickin spooky scary skeleton. I use the image of how well you set up creepy stuff about to happen. I think you could even cut back on dialogue.
I dislike the 8way controller, mainly cause it jars the camera from where I actually want to photograph. Mouse look and wasd might work better (not sure if you tried but didnt like it or something). I also request that you specify a folder to put images in, so it doesnt just go directly into downloads.
congrats on the release!
Very cool concept! I like how free-form and exploration-y the gameplay is, great entry :)
There is not much in terms of gameplay, However, it has a great atmosphere and an interesting concept, mixing top-down and first-person views.
The Graphics look really nice, I really like the psx style. The camera mechanic is really good and used really well and is really cool, i wish that there were more areas where you could use the camera. Good game :)
Tense atmosphere, and I really liked the dual camera view concept! A shame that it didn't have much to it.
The idea to integrate a camera perspective into a top-down game is smart, and works really well together with photo album!
a really promising mechaninc, and even though there wasent much, the atmosphere had me checking my phots evry two steps, never seen a camera get used like this, fantastic use of the theme
i liked when i've found phoebe bridgers
💀
This game is pretty damn cool. Very creative! I feel more can be done with this concept of top-down gameplay aided by first-person camera shots.
