What do you like about your game?
What I like most about the game is the atmosphere. I spent more time on this aspect of the game than any of my previous jams. And I really like how it turned out!

woow thats a cool game! there’s some issues, like how the collision system handle diagonal surfaces (idk for unity but in godot its what you would get by doing move_and_collide instead of move_and_slide). i really like that you made death not very punitive. couldnt reach further than lvl 3 but im definitively going back to it someday to complete it :D
its crazy how you managed to make such a nice visuals in only 14 days. mechanics were confusing at the start but i liked that you need to collect crates, flashlights, guns in order to get easier through next levels. still cant beat level 4. great job!
Visually stunning with a great atmosphere, feels like a finished game in that regard very nice job. The gameplay was interesting though the darkness and lack of information made it a bit frustrating at times. I saw some problems with the player collider and getting semi stuck on surfaces when jumping. I couldn't beat level 4, too many things dealing damage and killing me before I found more food, I still enjoyed trying though.
the visuals are absolutely stunning! i am in love with how this game looks. despite the game taking place in this weird decrepit well, the use of art and audio in the game breathes life into this place, almost making it feel alive. the only issue i had with the visuals was that sometimes the platforms blended in too much with the background elements since they were using very similar colors (especially in level 3). though the atmosphere in this game is definitely a 10/10.
i found the gameplay loop to be pretty enjoyable too! making use of the items and elements you find around the well in order to get to you objective is pretty neat! but man do i suck, level 4 felt like such a jump in difficulty compared to the first 3 level. though due to repeatedly bashing my head into the wall trying through level 4, i started to appreciate how reactive the world is. little by little my knowledge on the game slowly built up as started to understand how to handle zombies or what to do in certain rooms. then finally after a while i managed to reach the end!!! though... it was due to getting lucky enough to bring 2 food with me before going to sleep. it only consumed one on the 3rd floor then i immediately used the other in the 4th (we take those xd).
overall, this was such a feast for the eyes and a wonderful game to play, great work!!!
It's amazing how much atmosphere you managed to get in such a short amount of time. I'm quite confused with the gameplay though, its not quite clear what the objective/objectives are. Also, what do I do with the creates? I cant seem to open them, it was all very confusing. Nevertheless, the presentation was good, and with some improvements and expansions on the gameplay I feel like this could be nice little roguelike game (:
I don't personally see that many similarities to rain world, but see this game as trying to be something unique by itself, and I love that in it. Obviously the atmosphere bangs, you did a great job on it, along with sfx and art. I think my only problem would be that I didn't exactly know what was going on all the time, like once I shined my flashlight on (what I thought was) nothing, and a bat came flying out of the wall and knocked me down the well restarting my run. Still, amazing game.
reminds me a lot of rain world, love this game
Fantastic! I can tell Rain World inspired you and you have great taste. The atmosphere is top notch and the visual style is excellent. The use of stark shadows and ambiguous terrain contrast, while frustrating at times, is a really quick and effective way to get me thinking about every step and approaching this world with a sense of caution, fear and fascination. The little popping plants on level three, my fave. It did seem like on level 3 i got three or so consecutive rests where the only thing around was food behind blue card doors and nary a card in sight.
I ended up finding TWO guns and an axe and a grenade on floor 2 after getting booted from 4 and 3, and on my run through three i fell and died with both guns ;_______;
Feels like a full game even though I don't think I reached the end. Might try again later tonight. Good job!
The atmosphere is really good!
The gameplay was quite confusing to me at the start but it turned out interesting.
I'd suggest to have some more visibility on where to walk on, it blended to well with the environment. Kinda difficult to tell where you can go.
Sick game Dude! Love the Vibe! Keep up the great work!
Definitely getting Rain World vibes from this one, but I mean it as a compliment. Great atmosphere for sure, congrats!
Reminds me of RainWorld)
Great ambient and SFX. Really creates the vibe.
No turret can hold me! :D
Loved it, insanely cool art, sounds and vibes. I enjoyed the gameplay loop as well, very rain-worldy. Impressive work!
5/5 cant say anything else
An incredibly high level of immersion! Well made transition between dreams structure, also cool resource management. The last level is noticeably more difficult than the previous ones, but that's nice. The atmosphere and sound design is great and the best part of the game!
5 out of 5 stars for sure
