- The gameplay was simple but effective although it did feel difficult to control at times. The rest of the game felt really polished though, the theme of rivalry is conveyed really well with the opposing teams and their high scores.
- Excellent submission easily top 3 in my view. The levels being captured by various teams really ties into rivalry and the chain linked engines on the gameplay and characters in the game really fit the mystery companion twist. The only thing i didn't like about this game was the mouse control feedback. Its not immediately so clear whether or not you are at the right level for some of the rings. Then at the same time after a few plays and you get the rythmn this feels really rewarding. The overall presentation of this game and its game page is great i did feel the story could be somewhat improved by having a bit more of it in the game than the game page. Excellent submission by your team. Look forward to seeing any future developments from this game.

Hey!
How are you? It's Ilias again. I have some new questions for you.
What do you think about game jams in general, and this game jam in particular? What do you think could have been better, and do you have any suggestions?
What were your favorite video games?
Where do you think the strength of video games resides? What do you believe a video game should have to be a successful video game?
If you would like, you can tell me a little bit more about yourself and your background, if you have any information you would like to share.
Thank you in advance,
Ilias.

Smooth controls can be nice plus when properly executed !
Combinaision between a 2d sidescrolling and a shooter/runner in addition of platforming experiences can sometimes make for a really nice and fun game !
_______________________________________________________________
At the begining the loading screen takes to much time , i think it's a unity bug ( if you have used unity ) , many other jammer had it too on their game entries .
Fun Games can be cool adventurous and nice memories !!

Questions:
Did you implement any optimization techniques, or did you choose to use only in-engine optimizations?
What engine and tools did you use to create your game, including the graphics?
How challenging was it to develop your game? Did you face any significant obstacles?
What inspired your game idea and gameplay? Could you share the story behind the game's name?
How did you get into video game development?

Note: It would mean a great deal to me if you could rate my game. If you haven't already, feedbacks from friends and fellow gamers is valuable to me. Thank you in advance for your consideration and your time.
Thanks!
Ilias.

Hi Ilias! Thanks for playing our game :)
About some questions:
Reach me on discord and we can talk more about game development :)
Thanks again o/
Hi there,
Thank u for replying ,
Does Unity have a visual scripting system?
From your experience, when you build a game for the browser, do you encounter any limitations in rendering, such as emissive bloom, fog, roughness, refraction, etc.? I have used Unreal Engine, and some rendering features didn't match what I had in the editor.
Thank you again for answering the questions and interacting.
okay sounds good !

Very cool game, artwork all felt complete, and overall game felt good, I don't know if this is intentional but when you used all your shrink you wouldn't be able to move and it felt a bit buggy to me, but still very enjoyable :)
Damn, How did you guys manage the polish on this one, even the itch page 👏 Definitely very well organized team. the concept of having two ships pass through the ring & the 'streak' thing really makes the game stand out. I always appreciate & like fluid mouse controls. Very satisfying.
Congratulations on this entry to all the team members! 👏
Interesting concept! Fun to play, but in the same time hard to play xD
Very challenging one! Great job!
Game felt smooth, tutorial was good. Overall gampeplay was pretty easy in general, but very hard by times. I felt cheated by the rings occasionally :)
The competition per level was very nice and a good implementation of rivalry.
Overall, nice entry!
Interesting cosmic delivery and companion usage.
the game is fun but the ring hitboxes feels pretty unfair, if you have an easy mode, you can def tone down the ring hitboxes
Very nice job! Very good use of the theme!
The gameplay is simple but fun. If anything, I think it should be clearer which rings are too small for the ship to fly through, some of them looked like the ship would just barely fit, but it didn't.
Impressive work, the gameplay is really good, a bit punishing but also rewarding at the same time. The background effect is awesome, I really liked the aestethic overall, and the work on the UI is really nice. Great entry!
That was great! Had a lot of fun playing this. Simple concept and it was executed well. So much polish, smooth movement and graphics. Great job!!
