- This is definitely in the top 10-15 in my view. The multiplayer works great for the short period of the jam and when playing with others the game experience is increased. Now into the nitty gritty I think to sum up this game i would say it ticks all the boxes but doesn't necessarily do anything different hence why the lowest rating i gave you was the innovation. The artwork is great and well balanced across the board I would say this aspect is the best part of the game. For this to be a top game in my view I would have kept the art and the top down style and perhaps gone with a different mechanical plan from the start. The whole spy stop the spy thing is a bit overdone and i think from the get go with this concept you put a ceiling over yourself. With that said you have delivered pretty close to that ceiling which is impressive.
- Game concept is fun and the audio definitely helps immerse the player with the story. The player was quite hard to keep track of though, so maybe if they were a separate color if might've been easier. The dog companion was unique with the way you activate it, would've been nice for it to last longer or have more of an impact.
- I appreciated how the game stayed true to the theme, which was a strong point. However, I found the gameplay initially confusing and somewhat repetitive. The inclusion of the dog as a companion was a delightful touch, adding a unique element to the game. However, I didn't get the chance to fully explore how this feature integrates into the campaign. Regarding the game's visuals, the graphics were impressive, and the bird's-eye view perspective added an interesting dimension to the gameplay experience.

Finally got to play the most rated game in the jam! I was seeing the progress on discord, The final game has really turned out super fun!
Game balance could slightly be less hard (but I find games usually hard so thats just me) As someone said that this is like among us and now that I think about it, it kinda is xD
Very solid implementation of the companion as well. Sound effects match well with the overall game.

The funniest thing, that I actually made the game much easier in the last hour before submitting) But according to feedback I see that not enough, now I'm thinking to make the main player's look different from other NPCs and Spies and adding delay between killings to make it even easier xD
As a dev, I'm sure we all have encountered this where the game feels too easy to us but is actually not that easy haha. I don't think the main player's look should be different tbh. Like I think the number of the 'crowd' could be more gradually increased as opposed to now & maybe when you kill & have the cooldown you can add more 'visibility' to the crowd. (the player vs NPC look during that period only) just my two cents haha
Yeah, make sense. I really want to add more multiplayer modes + release on mobile with a few offline modes like it has now (in case no one online or the player doesn't have friends haha)
I think this game is similar to Amon Ass but it's unique in another way. It's really cool!

Quite fun gameplay! I think the player should be a different color than the rest of the NPCs so it would be easier for me to find myself. Also, a shorter hit cooldown would be great. Great use of the companion twist as well.
Thanks for the feedback! It was planned as a part of the challenge :) In the next version will be a pointer to show where you are for the first 5 seconds, so you can find yourself at the start
Very fun game, I really liked the artwork and the sound effects, they fit really well. The overall concept is great, harder than finding the spies is finding yourself on the screen haha

On some levels I can't find myself at all, can player be out of screen or sort of?

In the next update I'll add a pointer to highlight the player for 5 seconds at the start of the each stage, so you can identify where you are
If not possible then it's ok.
Actually there something in playing without pointer. Maybe make in separate (easy) mode.
The plan is to show on a few seconds at start, then the pointer will disappear :)
But maybe you are right, easy and extreme modes )
Reminded me a lot of "hidden in plain sight" on the first xbox. Really cool implementation of the theme, neatly balanced. Really like that the spy are not the only proactive group thanks to the companion dog.
I was able to clear level 5 during the few seconds after I had already lost by bashing the spy right after he killed the last scientist. I don't know if this is intended but I had both the win and loss message and was able to get to the next level.

Great idea! What else would I like to see in the game:
1) storyline, or more varied gameplay
2) pause in the game
3) a more elaborate menu, the “Back” button is especially needed)) since I had to restart the game to return to the previous window.
But overall the game is very fun and you can have a good time.

It's a great game that fits the theme. The mysterious companion idea was also really appropriate. Maybe some background music can be added (If it will not block other sounds). Overall it is a very good game.
Thank you for the feedback! Yep, some quiet and balanced music can fit here perfect. I've tried a few tracks and because of it reaction on other sounds in the game is decreased, so I've decided to go without background music. Will try to add something in the next updates :)

That was fun! I was gonna ask if you knew about the game “hidden in plain sight”, but seeing the title, I’m pretty sure you do! Nice take on the concept, and the behavior of bots and of the spy are really well balanced. The spy sometimes goes on a killing spree, with 3 kills in 2 seconds from the very beginning, maybe a delay between each kills could make this a bit less frustrating. Nice work, and the multiplayer is an impressive touch!

About multiply kills it's a fair point, I'm going to improve that in the next versions. I've made the spies run out after the murder but sometimes they run in the direction of the next doctor haha)
Unfortunately multiplayer took way more time I expected, that's why didn't have enough time to improve the logic for single player mode :)
Quite a fresh breather to be honest. Like the puzzle element, but hated it when one thug killed 3 doctors in a row :(
Also gives me a bit of the GTA2 vibes, I really want to try this again in multiplayer
Thanks for the feedback! Made some additional fixes, so the spies runs away after the murder, so it should prevent multiple kills in some cases :)
