How does your game represent Mode?
I went with the fashion definition of mode because I love me a dress up game. But that I think would have been not experimental enough for a game jam. So I thought what about people stealing clothes? And maybe you are the mall cop. Or MODE cop, because its in a clothing store. Like a pour mans fashion police.

I say everyone stole something! Well I got fired because I pick the wrong people.

Maan I got fired and I was vigilant too. This was a fun game. I even felt bad when I falsely accused someone of theft. I really enjoyed this game. Great work.

The idea is really cool and a lot of fun!. The presentation are very nice and fresh. I liked how the difficulty is added and how customers try on the clothes and leave with them on, haha

It was funny how they just drop the goods when caught. I could totally see this as a Mario Party minigame too! Nice job.

I hate being the fashion police, but the game has really good presentation, and the concept is quite novel. With some fine tuning I think it could be really frantic without feeling overwhelming, but I also found that you can actually thought-crime people by accusing them early, and if they were predetermined to steal that day, then they'll relent but they won't drop anything. Does it count as loss prevention, I wonder?

Awesome job! Unique take on the theme and I love it! I didn't realize that mode was also a term in the fashion world and loved learning about that. The game was also fun, nothing like a good bit of thievery. Great work!

lol this was a very strange game to play on Christ eve

Fun game! Lol customers just dropping clothes on the floor and then knocking them around.

Great idea and a solid execution. Definitely a great addition to the jam! Very impressive work

I had a blast playing this one. I love all the fun touches like pushing the customers around and knocking stuff off the shelves, and the gameplay itself is interesting and fun. I like the unique use of the theme as well. Overall nice game.

This was a fun memory game. At first I thought it'd be easy but i was surprised with how many interactions the npcs can stack up and had to retry a few days lol. I particularly liked bullying the npcs by pushing them through the store faster. Good job!

When keeping track of like 4 people at once, the tension is quite fun! However, there is also some downtime when waiting for the last customer to walk down the ramp, slowly. xD
Jumping on the shelves to knock hats onto the ground was also pretty funny.

I love how you can make all the stuff fall off the shelves and people will still buy it.

Also, I went a whole day thinking no one was stealing anything and apparently 3 people did! Just goes to show how sneaky clothes thieves can be!

Overall really cool setup and I liked the AI for the customers. It was so fun being  able to push the shoppers around the store or make them walk to the exit faster. I do wish there was a progression throughout the day to see how much time was left for your shift/how many customers you had left.

I really enjoyed it! As soon as I saw "mode" I immediately understood "ah mode", then embarrassingly struck a pose at my desk,  but I can understand the need for a strict definition included. I berated an innocent on first try but everything afterwards instantly clicked. One QoL would be the ability to fast forward, with added justification being watching the shop floor through CCTV. Great job!

I couldn't really tell who was stealing

Pretty fun game. And pretty hard too. A really good base that can be worked upon to be a fully fledged game. I wish there was a way to see the duration of each day. To know when its closing time. Also wish there was a way to speed up the people walking out.

This is SO the latest mode! I had fun blocking people to the beat of the song and there's a lot of charm to this game

Pretty fun, would have liked an option to increase the speed
