The game has charm on par with some of the flash games I would play in the computer lab as a kid. And, the stars are a nice touch to incentivize the player to search for all of them. Great work!

Developer

Thanks for playing! The stars were surprisingly complex to add, mostly because I wanted them to be visible on the level select page. Glad you got that flash game vibe!

Very cool concept with some great levels that take advantage of every present mechanic! I had fun figuring out the most optimal solution for each level, but so far I only managed to score only one 3 star rating. The only thing I'd add to this game is some music, as it is, the silence makes the experience a little more dull than it should be. Overall, a very well made puzzle game! Well done!

Submitted

Agreed, some music would be nice! The UI sounds are very nice too :0

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing! Yeah I wanted to add music but I couldn't find anything royalty-free that fit the vibe. Moral of the story is don't wait until the last day to add audio.

Fun but I don't think many of the levels were that well designed. And having to stand next to the batteries for so long to fill up the energy was just needless time-wasting. It could fill instantly and improve the experience. Finding ways to beat the levels in unintended ways brought me the most fun. Solid effort!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing! I did design the battery to charge slowly with the idea being to discourage overcharging. Meaning you can charge to full to make a level easier, but you would miss out on the time bonus. I probably could have made it faster while accomplishing the same goal. Thanks for the feedback!

Submitted

Oh that's actually kinda fair. I completely forgot about the time bonus part.

Developer(+1)

No but you have a point. Just because there is a reason doesn't mean it was executed the best way possible. Btw I played your game and I liked it a lot!

Very interesting puzzle game! Some levels made me think and there is a lot of potential here. One thing that feels weird to me is that there is zero momentum when you fall without dashing. But other than that really solid experience!

Developer

Thanks for playing! I did design the robot to fall like a truck with the idea that you need to dash to cross long distances, however it did feel clunky at times so I could have designed it better. Thanks for the feedback!

Great mechanics! Loved that the levels were all short and sweet, slowly introduced mechanics one at a time, and then started to combine them. Clever stuff and well paced!

Developer

Thanks for playing! I'm glad you enjoyed the design of my game, it took a longer to plan things out than I admit.

Dope mix of platforming and puzzles. I thought the lack of air movement was a little weird at first, but I think it was actually a really good design choice; it fit seamlessly with the rest of the movement in the game. Level 15 was my favorite and an excellent example of what this game was meant to achieve in my eyes -- a little confusion at first, some experimentation, then realizing the solution, and then executing the solution. A great little journey in a level less than 10 seconds long once it clicks. Awesome stuff.

Developer

Thanks for playing! Yeah that level was one of the ones I was most proud of, I'm glad you enjoyed it!

Well thought out puzzles! i like how the game kept me entertained by introducing new mechanics really liked the magnet puzzles

Developer

Thanks for playing! The magnets liked to bug out when I was first working on them, so I'm glad they ended up good.

Neat little puzzle platforming game using battery power as a resource, I found it to be relaxing and not frustrating at all. I think this would be a perfect concept for a mobile application. Well done :)
