very interesting the way this puzzle works. I like the idea. I finished the game pretty fast(maybe I'm too smart) and I did enjoy the ending with the tresure

Nice puzzle game among this jam!! waiting for the next update for this game!!

This is one of my favorite games from this jam so far! I think the art design, gameplay, and music mesh really well together to create a really charming puzzle game.

I was confused at a couple points but I figure it out quickly!

Very cute art and good puzzle design.

I liked it a lot, and the puzzles are well thought out, although some of them are quite confusing hahahaha.

Great game I loved every bit of it, the art was good, the music was good, the movement was fluid and responsive and interesting take on the theme good work man :D

I managed to make to the end! :D
Great idea for the puzzles! I didn't think about it at first and was wondering where the theme was applied until I realized I was making loops with the rope and that was really clever. Great work!

Making loops with a rope is a take on the theme that I think is obvious, yet nobody thought about it.

The puzzles were great and really turned on my brain at the later levels.

Also, if you used Unity's line renderer for the rope, you can increase the corner vertices value so that the player won't notice the sharp corners of the rope (haven't tested though).

Developer

Thank you for playing our game! Glad to see that you enjoyed it :D! We tried the corner vertices, but it went through the blocks... Unity's line renderer is flawed, and we could have programmed our own, but we didn't have time!

Great puzzle game! Definitely gets you to think.

Loved the game! The beginning levels felt really slow, but i loved the later levels (8-9), the puzzles for those levels were fun to solve. My only real complaint is the pacing, with the game suddenly becoming more difficult out of nowhere, but overall I think it’s a fun concept and an interesting take on the theme.

Nice work!! I thought your game idea for the theme was very unique. Moving around and placing the rope felt really nice, and you designed some great puzzles. I managed to make it to the end too :D

Overall awesome job!

Hello Ashley!

Good job for making it to the end! (I have trouble even with the solutions in front of my eyes lol) I'm glad to see that you liked the rope mechanic! Thank you for your feedback!

Really great game. Polished with nice art and colors. I like that you can start playing without any tutorial and basically figure it out.

Hello Rob!

I'm happy to see that you liked my (limited) art style! We thought our game was not very intuitive (from early playtesters), but I'm glad this wasn't the case! Thank you very much for your feedback and for playing our game!

I thought it was really cool how interconnected the main menu was with the rest of the game

Hi 717!

Thank you for playing our game! We tried making the game playable without a mouse, so we thought to make the menu controlled by the player! Glad to see that you enjoyed this feature!

That's a cool game idea, reached level 5

the character looks like it's made of paper, liked it

Developer

Thank you for trying out our game!

I didn't mean for the character to look like that (lol).

An interesting puzzle mechanic. I enjoyed playing this game. The numbers aren't very clear on level 6 and I think the music loop could also have been changed to something less repetitive.

Developer

Thank you for playing our game :D!

This was my very first time making music, so next time I hope to learn from this experience!! I didn't have much free time to work on the game with school and other activities... Thank you for your advice.

Went up to level 8

Pretty fun puzzle game

The music was interesting, but got maybe a bit repetitive since it was only a 20 second music loop, and there were a lot of highs on the music, which gives it a really sharp sound.

But I love the puzzle rope aspect of trying to chose the correct rope placement to open the doors tho .

Hi Michael,

Glad to see that you enjoyed this game! Thank you for your feedback, I will put more effort into the music next time (I was only beginning to learn the software I was using, so it was challenging!)

Hi,

wow, very good game! The art is very nice (except for the weird bending on the ropes sometimes) and the gameplay is very fun! Didn't know making circuits could be that fun :) Also, very original approach on the theme, had to think twice before I got how you matched the theme. Keep up the good work!

Hi Point Vertex,

Thanks a lot!

This is actually our first real game with PadjokeJ and we are really happy to see positive comments like that!

:D

That was fun :D I really liked the mechanic and it fit the theme very well. It's also very fleshed out, I did not run into any bugs and the artstyle fits the overall athmosphere. Well done!

Thank you! :D
