Really fun game!
I liked the idea :) Was not sure at first but then I saw it was half based game and half RPG fight, which is kind of cool. Well done overall, maybe just make the text a bit bigger / more obvious that we need to click on the text so that it's even easier to understand the flow, otherwise well done

Very nice, I love text games and I didn't expect it to be that good. The sprites look good, the music is very fitting. Great job :) If you want suggestions for improving it, you could make the UI more eye-pleasing and maybe add some interaction to the fighting

I had so much fun playing this game! I like the simple mechanics, it feels very intuitive. The art and the sounds also create a great atmosphere. I found it impressive that there are so many events with fun writing. It truly feels like an adventure.

Interesting and fun concept. I wanted to make a similar game after playing :D I liked the dnd style. Can you recommend any tutorial or something ?
For this one we didn't use any tutorial, I built the dialogue system from scratch with scriptable objects. I wouldn't recommend doing it like I did because it's very difficult to find out which event does what, and this creates a lot of errors and confusion: and the longer the chain of events, the worse the problem gets.

some of the scenarios were great, really liked the senior fish needing help crossing the highway from the school of fish. great job!
I enjoyed the game. Very sad about the crying fish :(. The music is very good and gives the game a nice atmosphere. I liked the event system and the pictures on the side to help you visually understand what's going on. Very nice!

cool little story. I like the twist of being a fish. first time I got bullied by all the sharks. So I just levels strength and got my revenge the second time around.

A very fun game, I really love cyoa games , the UI could maybe use some work as the game is heavily depended on it and single color rectangle bars are pretty boring.
Thank you, yes you're right the ui can definitely be improved by giving an original sprite to the simple flat colors button, i'd totally do that if i were to continue working on the game
whilst text based games are not normally for me, I am trying to get more into them I really enjoyed this game, I maxed out con& str and became the biggest bully in the sea, found it especially funny when I 2 shot an orca as a little fish.

Feels to be more on a grind side for the jam game, but still keeps me engaged and makes me want to play more.

A nice game! The buttons could be made clearer to indicate that they are clickable. The story seems cool and thought out. Has been a long time since I played one so it was fun in it's own way!
