It's fun but requires a bit of polish, I would like a run option or a faster walking speed.

Mostly full marks for the sound and the atmosphere. Looking out the windows into the planet and space looked great! The other aspects could've been better but maybe that's just me.
This was a very cool take on the theme - looking out the window at space felt very real, and so did landing and dropping into a mine, the atmosphere was also nicely creepy and sci-fi-esque. I have a few suggestions:
- The voiceover felt a little funny in comparison to the tone of the game, perhaps going for a more serious tone and adding a radio filter effect could add value to the game.
- I recommend adding a container for your dialogue UI/bottom bar - because white on white makes it unreadable at times (attaching a picture below)
- Sometimes in the mine I felt a bit directionless, it might be an idea to add checkpoints like lighting up torches on the way, at times I didn't know where to go and couldn't be guided by visual cues or lighting as I was relying on my flashlight.
Thanks for the cool game!
This is among the better of the feedback we've recieved (Aside from ones about major bugs which havesince been patched).
- I didn't really think of adding a container, but it will be something I will do.
- The voice over, I agree, is a bit funny, so I think we may tweak it, because we still want to give the player the idea that it isnt a horror game at the beginning, while also more closely matching the genre.
- And for the direction, once the player reaches "Level 2" AI, you should see holographic footprints, but there is a bit of jumbled code and it sometimes doesnt display correctly - something that needs to be patched.
Thank you for taking a look at our game!
Very nice atmosphere and its always cool to see 3d graphics and voice acting in a jam game. Some of the audio levels seemed inconsistent, sometimes I had a hard time hearing the voices, other times it came through loud and clear.
Overall very cool entry,
Looks incredible for a Jam entry, really well done! Horror elements were fantastic, and the cave layout felt great to explore. Graphics were really impresive, giving that nostalgic PS1 vibe.
Fantastic, keep it up! ;)
Cool game , I really liked caves layout. How did you make caves like that? :D
Sorry for the late response... Im glad you enjoyed our game!
As for the caves they were made in blender, using simple sculpting techniques.. that is pushing and pulling the mesh around with dynamic mesh on, just tweaked it untill i got a somewhat natural look. Once i was happy with the mesh i textured it using texture painting and a stencil in blender as well.
great atmosphere, the visuals seems like something that would spawn from the PS1 era and the audio was phenomenal, really puts you there. Good job!
Very solid entry, I realized this had elements of a horror game once I saw the "hide" signs on the floor and I started freaking myself out, wondering what was going to happen when the light started flickering; great atmosphere! Controls feel good, and the voice acting is solid, nice job getting that in there. Enjoyed this entry a lot, it unsettled me in a good way. Great job on the submission!
Nice work and idea. I like the atmosphere and graphics of the game
Funny play on words for the title haha, though maybe could have been like Dark Stone Cosmic or something even! I liked the gameplay as it took you around the map, and the footsteps were definitely a help for some points as it was a little confusing at times. Audio was synced up good, graphics definitely had me noticing the play on DRG with a very different tone. Only thing I can say is after placing and using the oxygen tank I assumed I was supposed to progress past it. However I quickly learned that the pit I thought I was supposed to drop down was not in fact the correct way, but DEATH. Learned it the hard way! No mining my way back up today, this dwarf is going to need a recovery team. Fun game!
Atmosphere was phenomenal, when my flashlight started flickering I almost freaked out hahaha Wonderful job!
Nice job! That definitely freaked me out really badly, I think my heartrate increased significantly as my light started flickering lol. My only real criticism is very minor, but some of the textures seemed to have compression, turning them blurry, while other did not, leaving them having crisp pixels. I am mainly pointing this out because I saw one very obvious instance of it and that's all that I remembered as being bad about your game, so that's good! Overall that was very creepy but also entertaining, nice work! Also if you have time I'd appreciate if you checked out my game :)
Hey thanks for the criticism, I must have forgotten to change the filter mode on some texture, would you mind telling me where you saw it so i can fix it for the future?
Im glad you enjoyed it and found so few problems with it as a week was never enough to make a game with no problems, so this is a first :)
Ambience was good but It was hard to play because of cursor. Good job!
Can you try and rate my game ?
