Ranked from 82 ratings. Score is adjusted from raw score by the median number of ratings per game in the jam.

How does your game fit the theme?
Game starts with light rain (calm) that slowly escalates into a heavy downpour (storm), increasing the challenge over time.

Beside the narrative of a grill living in peace being interrupted by a storm and fighting it, there also exists the contrast between the calm upgrade sequence and its transition to a literal storm.

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes, all of the code and art are done by me and all of the audio assets were done by my teammate Fatih Anıl Yıldırım.

I couldn't put it down until I hit the end screen. Its a simple concept and really well done. I liked your art direction a lot and I felt the upgrades were interesting and well paced. This was the game I was most engaged with in this gamejam

Really fun and addictive game! The upgrade system adds a lot of depth and keeps the player hooked. Some minor pacing issues with progression, but overall, an excellent experience. Great job!

I thought this was a cool submission! The graphics and audio were really nice, loved the particle effects. The amount of upgrades is impressive and they're pretty unique from one another. Progression felt a bit slow and a bit grindy overall for me, in the end. Nice work!

By far the game I have spent the most time playing xP
Amazing job at making a truly hooking game!

Most addicting game from this jam, very good work !

A great incremental game, I really liked this, unique graphics, solid audio and great pacing. Although it suffers from the same repetitive motion issues that other clicker games experience, I made it through to the end which is already better than most clicker games.

My god I have a problem! This is super addictive, I couldn't get myself to stop! Good game 🔥

Crazy addicting! Played this waaay to long at work today :D

The start was a bit boring, since i didn't knew which update too buy and the early upgrades didn't make me feel much more powerful

I'm typically not a big fan of the incremental game but this game has a design that is so unique that it's easy to get additive. Thanks for letting me know there's a kind of incremental game that has been so much fun. It's been changing my mind of how to define a great game.

What an addicting little game. Simple yet you want to keep playing. However it did get the point where my hand was tired going back and forth across the screen.

10/10 would fight water with fire again

The game is so addicting. It's like a way better cookie clicker. I wanted to go to bed 1 hour ago XD.

Really solid incremental game. Was fun to get super powerful and destroy tons of raindrops once it starts getting into the insane category. I really like the visuals and all the particle effects too it looks very nice. My only complaint is that I don't really like the gameplay of having to wiggle the mouse back and forth the whole time to play optimally, tho the upgrades that give gold on taking damage and the automatic moving balls are nice to combat this and make it more idle if you want to play that way. Really awesome job on this, it's a lot of fun!

I agree with everyone else, this game is quite addictive! What I like is that the upgrade system does allow for a good sense of progression, and the different things I unlock makes the experience of becoming stronger a lot more enjoyable.

Great game, it would be great to play on mobile.

simple addicting gameplay loop, had me going for quite a while! just wanting to max out upgrades and the constant improvements of your returns with such upgrades its a great dopamine boost. very well suited for Mobile. Greta job on this!

Look to me like a clever Idle game in disguise.  The gameplay is hypnotic. Perfectly suited for mobile. Massive use of particles and trails.
The thing I don't like very much is the upgrade page, there is too much things, it's overwhelming.  The upgrade screen composition is strange, all in the top-right and the center is empty.

Other that that, great game. Congratulation.

Great game, very addictive, the progress system is great, the arts are simple yet lively.

Music and the game go really well together.

Just a few nitpicks:

The upgrade menu is a bit confusing at first at take me sometimes to get used to, not that it's hard to understand, red = no moni, green = ok, blue = need dependency.

But a bit more clear indication would be great rather than just color, the blue is ok but, it's not intuitive to know what are dependencies for that to be unlockable.

Thanks for game, good job mate!

Developer

Thank you, I am glad you enjoyed the game.

That is not a nitpick but a great point! Currently I shake dependency upgrades when a locked upgrade is clicked. Instead, doing something like highlighting the dependencies when a locked upgrade is hovered over would be much clearer. Note taken.
