Lost at the beginning cause I suck. But really good game! Had a great time playing it. The cards are really well developed and provided great value
Looking forwerd to what's next!
I really like the catan aspect, although I got soft locked cause of a skill issue.
I enjoyed this, even though I usually suck at this type of game! I did run out of money, which seemed to prevent me doing anything else - I must have not set up my island well enough. I liked the impending storm idea.
The card mechanics is very original in this kind of games!
It's fun to see the combination of construction simulation and deck building. It's also good to get cards by opening the card pack. The map size is small now, but I hope it will be published later to create various contents.
Brilliant job! Very enjoyable game that stirs up some Catan nostalgia for me. If I were to change one thing about the gameplay, it would be to allow the player to reassign villagers to different tiles after we've placed them. But that's very small, and overall this is a great game!
Very nice gameplay! I killed all my villagers almost immediately, had to restart but then I played to day 60. The gameloop works very well, but it could rise in difficulty as I get more terrain/buildings/villagers.
Great relaxing game with a lot of charm! The artwork and mechanics really drew me in. One suggestion would be to add a clear game over mechanic when resources run out, as it can feel like you're stuck without a clear resolution. Overall, fantastic job!
Nice to see another relaxing game.
Lots already said. Artwork, sounds, mechanics all brilliant. It fits the theme really well. It had me playing for quite a while.
I think running out of gold should lead to a game over, as it pretty much is just that.
Pretty good work on the game, the card mechanics and the map work really well, and the storms keep the game theme relevant. Nice job on this!
I know I sai that I love a game very often, but this is one of two games in this jam I couldn´t do anything else than just forget the world around me and play. The music is so calming and perfect, the randomness is placed really perfectly and the graphic, I just love the graphic. Everything fits together very well and I dunno... there is just one thing - something many games struggle with even when made by big compahies: When you´ve reached a special point it gets really easy. I really don´t know how you could fix this, but I still played it half an hour so for a minigame it is still perfect only if you wanna make it be a bit of a bigger game you´d have to set a challenge from now to then... Ok maybe more storms or the storms get bigger in size or move faster or just get more "health" so it is harder to destroy them. That´s the only idea I come up with so fast but in the end it´s your choice.
You´ve really made a great game, it was really fun to play, have a nice weekend!
Amazing game. love the art and the music,
Simple but intuitive game design.
With the sightest bit of polishing you could definatly make money of of it if you wanted!
This is one of the best games I've tried yet! It is so fun, looks amazing, is creative, the gameplay loop is perfect, super polished, and is overall just amazing!!! Great Job!
I ran into a bug where if you click on a pack multiple times, the game will crash.
Thank you for your feedback. I'll check it later.
This was great. I think it was a little hard to get set up with resource production for every resource, which meant it was pretty easy to death spiral. I also couldn't for the life of me figure out how to get Farms, so eventually my runs ended in starvation. I assume there's some farm terrain that's different from grass, but I never encountered it.
The art is amazing, and the gameplay felt a bit like a solitaire version of Catan, which was great. Lots of potential here, and good execution in the time you had.
I think maybe intermediate objectives with rewards, or some sort of 3:1 trading mechanic would have fixed the early game for me.
This is a fun game! I like the animations for opening card packs, and deciding which ones to place was interesting. It is easy to run out of resources, but the game is well made. It's even almost similar to the one we've submitted! Great work.
Really cool game, first time I played I got stuck with 0 gold since my people starved, and I would have liked some way to recover from that, or just a loss screen.
Second time I played I knew what to do, there was some close calls but in the end I felt like I didnt have to worry about anything anymore :P
Great game, would have loved some kind of goal.
Great game, I probably spend too much time on it already because of how much the gameplay loop is addictive !
The issue I run into is that if you lack any resources at a given time, it can be almost impossible to get back up until the storm arrive so I found myself having to skip turns until the storm come and destroy some of my stuff. But aside from that I was really hooked, the "card booster" opening was a really fun thing to do each turn !
Honestly that's an awesome game for a span of only 1 week so congrats !
Cool design! I love this kind of game
Love the catane inspiration, the graphics are nice, I was a bit confused about the fact that I was losing my unused cards, but overall really nice, well done !
Incredible game, I loved it! An all rounder, good at everything, I played for like an hour!!
