You're trying to get everyone into your bunker before the storm (the apocalypse) happens. The thing is-- the storm isn't going to happen. A perpetual calm before the storm that isn't gonna happen... right?

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes.

This is a brilliant game. I loved the art, and even the animations where the sprites spin around - that helps the characters feel so alive!

Also, why do mom and dad look so tired? Maybe from looking after their kids?

Great job.

Developer

Yes. The MC is a conspiracy theorist who keeps bothering them. Mom fully believes that the MC is a genius but is tired of them asking her to play Crypts and Serpents (dungeons and dragons) every single day, Dad is just tired af because his kid is a dummy.

Thanks for the compliments! I thought the animation was really silly, so I kept it in.

A simple but powerful game! I really enjoyed the gameplay that you can talk to multiple people. The mini game's also interesting and itself can be a great board game. Thank you so much for making this wonderful work. Really enjoyed it.

Developer

Thanks for playing!! Quite glad you enjoyed it ^^

The end justifies the means, which means that lying to 40%~ish of the roster is totally okay!

I really enjoyed my time with this one, even if my social deduction skills weren't as good in the beginning. (My own mother betrayed me).

I also enjoyed the tile-based puzzle sections after each hour, and how they helped the game not feel too stale! Even if I didn't completely understand how the logical tile type worked.

I will now proceed to look at the stars on the daily to see if a nuke is coming my way. Thanks for the headsup!

Developer(+1)

Yeah no problem. You see, you just have to look at the north star, and if Mars is edging closer to the Andromeda galaxy, that means a nuke is coming. THIS IS WHAT THEY DON'T WANT YOU TO KNOW.

Seriously though, thanks so much for playing our game! I'm glad that you enjoyed your time with the game :)

For the logical tile, each tile adjacent to it within a block must be mirrored on the other side of the tile for its conditions to be fulfilled.

It appears I am not a very good harbinger of the apocalypse. Great work though!

Developer

Hi, thank you so much!!

Submitted

Very nice I am not sure the character placement works correctly or if I missed something. But I just messed with it until it let me :D. Very cool and lot of replayability!

Developer

Yeah.. sometimes there are a few bugs but we're working on polishing. Thanks so much for playing :)

If you get stuck there is a retry button!

Submitted

Never got stuck so no harm done. Just need to mess around with it until it works. Great work!

Submitted

Hey. No matter how I place these characters in the mini game, I can't get it to be correct. I can't even see what I am doing wrong at this point :(

Developer(+1)

Hi! You might have downloaded an older version... sorry, there were a couple of bugs earlier. They should all be fixed now.

Submitted(+1)

I was playing the web version and loaded it about 6 hours ago. Looks like there's a downloadable version updated 20 min ago. Maybe I should check that one.

Thank you for confirming it was not me. I really could not figure anything out and had wondered, considering the length of the jam and the amount of variables it must have required to set up such a puzzle, if maybe the game itself had an error.

Developer(+1)

Yeah, I'm sorry, I messed something up while coding it... sorry!

Submitted

It's okay. I can only imagine how many variables you must have to keep straight in that part.

Haha, really fun concept, i had a lot of fun exploring diffrent dialog options

Developer

Hi Antonek! Thank you so much :D

Submitted

I actually really liked this, With a lil more polish this could actually be a nice concept for a full game, the writing made me laugh.

Developer

Thank you! I'm so glad you liked it :D

Had a lot of fun with this one. The dialogue is funny and the concept is very novel. Would've been a huge improvement if characters which need to be moved were highlighted or something to alert the player what's wrong with their configurations.

Developer(+1)

Thank you! We're definitely working on that, we wanted to it but we did not have the energy to stay up past 1

Submitted

A very funny and interesting theme, liked it a lot! Characters and dialogues are great as well. But as soon as I convinced many people, it gets tedious to check each one whether he/she is displaced or not in the bunker, maybe the ones that have to be moved can be highlighted. But the concept is fun overall and I liked the game, just this small remark.

Developer(+1)

Yes! We're working on that!

Submitted

Crazy idea, loved it xd

Developer(+1)

Hi thank you so much! We're glad you loved it

This game is really cool, it has a lot of characters but why no one believes me ;-;

Developer

Haha you kinda have to think really hard about what they would want.

Its so sweet and it was really interesting ti find a way to everyone in neighborhood.
Puzzle in bunker is pretty hard)

Developer

Yeah... we definitely should have lowered the difficulty. We're planning on adding a visualization of when something is invalidated.

Submitted

Very neat and unique idea!

Developer

Thank you so much!

This is quite a unique and fun game! Apparently, combining dialogues and arguing techniques with a small puzzle made a great mix!

Developer(+1)

AHh thank you so much!

Was having a lot of fun however I reach a point with 8 people where It seemed impossible to fit everything, even though it does seem like it all matches up according to their tags. very fun idea though!

Developer

Haha yeah... there's a few VERY Specific solutions... thank you so much for playing

Submitted

At one point it got a bit too hard for me, but really cool! Really love this idea

Developer

Thank you! There are a couple very specific solutions, but I agree that we may have made it too hard. Thanks for the feedback!

Submitted

Good job! very nice concept!

Developer

Thank you so so much!

Submitted

cool visual novel...strategy game? Art needs more polish, more visual feedback would be nice. The story is pretty good.

Developer

Yeah, we definitely should have added a tutorial. Thanks for the feedback :)
