How does your game fit the theme?
Storytelling about the transition between calm and storm. The storm is knowing you lost your calm. The environment and actions change the gameplay to reflect the transition between calm and storm.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
No.
Camera, Shader, Font and custom build of Godot with 3rd party modifications are credited both in the description, as well as in a LICENSE file on each ZIP file.

A peaceful and nostalgic experience. Very interesting.
Interesting artistic game with cool visuals! :-)
The controls felt a bit floaty, but the game was a cool experience!
the visuals are really pretty! the cross hatch shader looks really good! i liked the vibe of the game and enjoyed exploring it! Great game!
Really cool! Nice work :)
The visuals and the music/ambience create an interesting vibe, like something's off but hard to tell what. The way the objects disappeared one by one was an excellent representation of losing your faculties/memories. I liked the different thoughts that appeared on each object, but a lot of the time the slightest movement removed it before I had a change to read it. It seemed like one could get out through the front door, but there was an invisible wall there. Instead, I got out through that one window close to the stairs on first floor.
I love visuals a lot and it was quite a trippy experience. Would love to have more space to explore!
A very interesting game, too bad that the character controller wasn't developed properly. Most probably you used a RigidBody and because you couldn't make it climb stairs(common problem) you made the player teleport to the next floor(not to mention the camera rotation). If you used the second way, using Unity's implemented Character Controller it could have saved a lot of stress(for this type of game). But still, the visuals were very interesting and unique :).
Hope that you'll also rate mine https://itch.io/jam/brackeys-12/rate/2973690
Yep.
Dead on.
[I used Godot, but the reason is exactly the same, though. I almost could’ve make it move and slide like a normal staircase, buuuuuuuut I had so many game-breaking bugs, that this is one of the few that made the game compile. I will make some kind of postmortem on these bugs sometime, should make a fun devblog. However, skill issue on my part, 100%.]
I really like the visuals, I'm a big fan of dithering so I immedietaly have to say I loved that. I think I kinda understood the theme. Some stuff dissapeared even before I could read it, buut I guess it could be interpeted as aprt of the theme :D Dunno if there is audio, but I didn't hear any, would be nice if it had some trippy music or sounds. Cool game!
The audio either broke eardrums, or was broken itself. At least right now it doesn’t dangerously break eardrums.
Although… it’s funny how everyone says the bugs are in-topic. Makes me really rethink the way to make and understand how players interpret your game. Veeeeeeery interesting thing, though. Thanks!
Yeah in my game people said it was really spooky, which wasn't even my intention, it was a byproduct of the fact that I had to use only 6 lights because of WebGL limitations in my HTML export :D It's interesting indeed
It's a very strange atmosphere. The lighting is fantastic! It felt like I was in a dream. It leaves a calm feeling
Great game! Dunno if I quite understood the game but I loved the trippy experience of the game, nice work!
I got stuck at the door frame on the second floor the second time I went there. I guess I am now become one with the house.
I've heard that some people never fully return from an intense hallucinogenic experience—their minds are never quite the same depending on their brain chemistry and the dose. Your game gives off that same feeling. It's like I just broke my mind—it was terrifying in the best way. Great job!
The art here is simple, yet can suddenly stick out as stunning at certain angles. Love the dithering on the lighting. The song lends atmosphere well. The theme is used in an abstract way I think hits well, and the dialogue is evocative here. Plus, the randomized playthrough elements mentioned in the description are genuinely well-placed for a story like this. Wonderful stuff!! Though, sometimes I walked past things too fast as to miss dialogue (still kinda fits the themes of the game? lol)
Maybe I was not able to comprehend what this game mean on the deeper level.. but I loved the art style.. I was able to disappear all the objects from the scene but not the vase.. don't know if I'm doing it right xD
The aesthetic for your game is awesome! I loved walking around seeing all the different colors, all while listening to the music. I haven't played a game like this before, so this experience is really unique!
