In what way does your game fit the theme?
The plants and the player need each other to make it back to the surface. The player uses the plants to progress through the level and the plants will wither without the player nearby.

Pretty cool game! great story, nice level design, good music, and art. almost everything works well.I feel enjoy playing. Especially the moment I figure out I can use flower type 1 to block the dropping water I feel so good! But I meet a bug and have to restart the game: as shown in the image, when you place flower 2 to destroy the wall if your character stands in front of the flower, you will be pushed into the ground and never escape lol, can move but can't jump. overall it's a very good game!
I had the same bug... I planted the first flower seed where I stood and was able to jump up onto it

I had a few little graphical glitches, I think some of the comments have mentioned those too.
The plant mechanic was cool too!
Nice idea and fun gameplay, did have some issues with the sprites clipping through eachother and the background tiles would show gaps between them, other than that it was a fun game :)

What a nice puzzle-platformer. Liked the arts and music, and overall the plants system. Unfortunatelly ended in floor after the rose-shot :-)
A really fun game with rich content to play! I like the level design very much. The three times planting is really nice. The transit of the game state like falling from the well, taking the rose seed back to break the walls is fun. A well-designed map!
The top UI is lovely. But I think it would be smoother to auto open the UI when the mouse hovers on it. (Though I notice clicking the top border can water the seed without loading the UI and I stick with it later on lol) The music and the sound effect fits the game very much. The green character looks in nature.
I ran into the floor bug a few time. I think it happens when you are standing close to the rose flower and the rose flower shots. Maybe a collider issue. If you are on the lake, you can try to plant more flowers to get out of it. But if you run out of water...
Overall, the game is quite challenging and creative. I like it very much.

It's fun experience. character's animations are lovely and i like hanging around in this place.
I think it would be better if there weren't pixel perfect jumps.
and also, one time after i died, the character rotated 45 degrees on re-spawn.

Nice game, really liked all the plants. I only ecountered like 2 bugs, 1 where my player after he died and respawned would sit at like 45 degrees angle and 1 where I see white lines appearing after I enter the caves. Great game overall!
Really good game! I like your art styleI like how each plant serves a different purpose and they're all useful depending on the situation. The rose plant in particular is creative, as it can not only break walls, but it serves as a platforming tool as well. I also had fun with the platforming and the movement feels nice to handle.
The UI is a little awkward to use as you have to open it whenever you want to use a flower. I'd probably move it to the bottom of the screen and keep it up permanently, then move the camera up so that the bottom platforms aren't obstructed. I also had some problems using the blue vines at the end. They drop through the floor, which made climbing out of the well pretty difficult.
Great game overall. I really enjoyed the graphics and the setting you guys have made.

The game fits the theme pretty well, and I like you can create some dialogs to tell the player what's going on in this game. If you would like to continue developing this game, I recommend:
- Use the keyboard to place plants instead of using the mouse button
- The second flower sometimes stuck player (it happens when it's shooting)
- Falling from the top of the map to the bottom is frustrating as it resets the respawn point to the bottom

The game and animations were really nice! The sounds also very fitting. Sadly I got stucked in some parts and had to restart the game twice, I think i got stuck on the floor or something, couldn't jump.

I LOVE THE ANIMATIONS! this game is really pollished and fun! i found a few bugs but it doesnt matter, I also like the multi purpse design, like how the cannon plant can break walls, but can be used as a platform too.

Far out great game! I love the graphics and the audio. There is a bug that effects the game jumping when you hit the spikes it will change the body. I was upside down in one moment
I love how fast paced this game is, even when i fell i didn't mind because it was fun to get back up
