How does you game fit the theme?
The game end when sane == 0 or end == 10, the ending can be between real and unreal. Music and icons are also chosen to give it a "Unreal" feel.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Cards are made from icons from https://freeicons.io/. Music is from Free Fantasy Music - Orchestral Ambience on asset store.

First Impressions:
-I like the graphics in the main menu.
-I did not understand the game. It takes time to learn it. There was no tutorial within the game.
-SFX were making the game feel nice.
-I like the idea of the game!
Overall, if you have a nice tutorial within the game that i can actually spend more time on enjoying game than learning! Thank you for your work! If you have time please check my game!
Thanks for trying my game out. Sorry about that I didn't contain a tutorial.
The goal game is basically reach end10 with sane10. Balancing the two to last as long as possible is also a way to play it. All descriptions of the cards are in the game page. Each time a card is used, sane -1 and end +1.
I will check out your game later, I am currently don't have my PC with me so I will do it a couple days later maybe.
The game looks really nice, but I had a hard time understanding the mechanics at first.
I liked the concept you went with here - could see this being developed as an actual physical card game. I think some instructions at the beginning would have helped as I had to play a couple of times through to fully figure out what was going on. I'm not quite sure whether you won by filling up you sane bar, end bar or both; but it was pretty fun :)
Thanks a lot for playing my game. I did plan to add some tutorial but because of some personal work I had to rearrange my schedule. I really appreciate you giving it multiple tries and so happy you have fun at the end.
Mentioning physical card game really surprised me cause the system was designed during the jam but considering how little the total cards number is it might not be impossible. Your words really encourage me, I really appreciate it.
Took me a little bit to understand how the game works, but in the end it was pretty fun! It gave me some choose-your-own-adventure vibes which I was not expecting considering the card aesthetic. I think some more graphics/effects when you use certain cards would be nice, but overall I thought it was good.
Thanks a lot for playing my game. Sorry about the lack of tutorial. I actually didn't know choose-your-own-adventure series before you mentioned it but have multiple ends is one of my concepts at start. I agree more graphics would be great, unfortunately I didn't have enough time to design more of them.
Thanks again for playing and glad you enjoyed it.
This is a fun twist on the theme and more fun card games the better. It was pretty hard to understand for awhile and I think it kept mentioning "deck". Since I only ever saw three cards I didn't know what was referring to when it was mentioned. I do like the focus on balance and after awhile it clicked.
Thanks a lot for playing. I planned to visualize the deck but I ran out of time, sorry about the confusion.
Each of middle/left/right has a deck, includes both the card on the table and the cards on shown directly but can be pulled.
On coding side, the process when you use a card is-
Init: create 3 empty lists, add void, life, mind to each list. ->
0: use a card 1: remove the used card from list 2:add the card(s) effect mentions to a list 3:select a random card from list and show it. -> repeat
I didn't expect a card game with that theme ! It was a bit hard to understand at first, but pretty fun once I knew what to do ^^ ! Congratulations !
It took me a while to figure out what to do (yes I didn't read the description :P) but after I figured it out, it was really fun to try to find the right balance and your game look very nice
Great work ! ;)
I really liked the idea of this game! You could make the game a bit harder by maing the player lose sane faster
It was a super interesting game! I kept seeing what combination of cards could get me where! I just missed some sort of goal, like, what should I aim for when playing it. I'm still not sure if I should've aimed for max sane and 0 end or maybe it was just to see how long I lasted playing it.
Regardless, it was pretty fun!
I really like the look and feel of the game. It has very mysterious vibe going. But I wasn't really sure what I was doing or why. I would love to play a more fleshed out version that had a bit of a tutorial step or something that helped you understand the game play a bit.
Thanks for sharing.
Thanks a lot for playing my game.
Sorry about that I didn't make the tutorial for the game.
So, basically the game is -
when you click a card, you will use it. The effects of the cards are shown in the under text field. I also wrote the effects in the game page. Each time a card is used. San will -1 and end will +1. The game end when end==10 or sane == 0.
Great combination of card game and puzzle genre. I had a lot of fun trying to figure out what combination of cards leeds to finish condition. Good job :)
Interesting! Would have been cool to see how many cards the player went through after ending, could be a good gauge of how well the player did. Out of curiosity, what was your plan with the game before you ran out of time?
Thanks a lot playing my game !
Showing what cards were used were actually in my plan, unfortunately I didn't have enough time to finish it.
For the unreal cards, I planned to give them special effect instead of just using the effects twice.
I also planed to virtualize the decks and have more deck based effects.
In this version, the effects of the cards are not balanced/well wrote as well.
And UI also need many improve to be honest.
