Nice concept! Gets very challenging at times though! Good job!

Nice concept but im not sure why whenever i get on the planks and reach the end of the border. I cant move past the first screen.

Developer

This sounds like you got stuck before the game even begun..(?) You need to place enough (10) raft-planks and then a "Sail" button will appear :))

Was a pretty neat game! I kept trying to figure out how to move the whole raft left and right to dodge the rocks before I learned you moved the raft pieces themselves.

It's a pretty good game, but I'm not sure if it matches the theme.

This is a really well put together idea! It has just the right amount of action during the action phase and an enjoyable collecting phase. I feel like it was a good call that you can grab the pieces that you aren't right next to - that saves a lot of frustration. Great work!

having control over every part of the ship is great i hope there was a weapon that would destroy the rocks great job overall

This is actually pretty awesome. Once I figured out how to move the tiles it was a blast. I really loved the animation where the guy jumps in the water for some reason.  Nice work

At start I didn't understant that we can move boat's part after sail and I think the game was too hard, then I saw your gif so I retry the game and it was a way more fun ! ^^

By the way really great and beautiful game congrats ! ;D

Developer

Yea, making sure the mechanics are communicated well during a game jam game can be sometimes difficult :D Thank you for the kind comment!

Good game in general, loved the art style and game mechanic, wasn't expecting a game like this in a Jam.

Developer

Thanks, we’re glad to hear that!

fun game , very challenging

Developer

Thanks, maybe too challenging haha!

Submitted(+1)

The game is a bit hard, but it’s quite fun and very innovative! Would like to see this idea expands to a full game xD (and hopefully reduce some difficulty lol

Developer(+1)

Thank you! And yes, the difficulty wasn’t balanced in time, unfortunately, even though changing one number would make a big difference! But we run out of time. Thanks for the nice comment!

Thank you!

Fun and very challenging. Maybe I was building my boat wrong but the difficulty ramps up too quickly in my opinion. I also think handrails to keep me from accidently falling off the raft would have help me a lot. All in all I really enjoyed it!

Developer(+1)

Thank you for your kind feedback. We wish we had even more time for balancing the game than we already had, that would help a lot with the difficulty scaling. This way you can only try and play the game multiple times to learn how to ovecome the obstacles. The handrails sound like a fun idea!

interesting game, i played it around ten times already. good job

Developer

It makes us all happy knowing you played our game multiple times, thank you!

Wow, very interesting idea, nice puzzle platformer!

This game had some nasty mechanics! Felt like an anti tetris. The raft rebuilding to avoid obstacles was sooooo good, had a lot of fun. Game was harder than expected. It took some replay to get a handle of it.

Overall great work!!!

Developer(+1)

We are really glad you enjoyed playing our game, and even more happy to know you replayed it, thank you!

Really cool game. The art was clean and readable, audio was clear and music was nice. It was pretty difficult, to be honest. Felt a bit like Tetris on a raft. Nice job!

Developer

Thank you for your kind feedback! It gets easier when you practice and figure out your strategy, but we know it could be better (unfortunately we didn't have as much time as we wished for balancing the difficulty).  It's kinda like Tetris on raft,  you're right, haha.
