Had a fun time trying this game out. It's pretty cute. I liked the character sprites and the music a lot.
Art style is cute. Music is great. Interesting map. But enemy feels the same. And green shard is not the greatest idea, because of the positive feedback. If I not get hit, I am strong and not get hit.
But it's a great game. Good work.

Very cute and pretty! Love the style, the game is pretty fun, and the SFX were nice and fitting.
Cute top down action shmup - ey adventure.
I really like the sprites, the rival boss in particular shines here since it's larger and has more detail.
Controls feel solid and intuitive enough,
though i noted some tiny collision issues, where the upgraded shots sometimes would insant disappearif you fired too close to a wallcause i suppose it was clipping with it as soon as it got instanced, i feel that having a bit more varied shot upgrades could spice the game up a bit instead of just a single powerup.
But honestly appart from this this is fairly polished for a jam game, even more, a solo entry !

I love the art style! The bananas remind me of Donkey Kong Country, lol. The gameplay is pretty good, although I wish there could've been a few more mechanics as I feel it gets a bit repetitive towards the end. Also, the sprite for the boss at the end is super impressive!

Cute sprites, the animations are so well realized. The power-up is nice, and the boss is pretty cool!

Great art style, the main character was really cute and cool! The weapon upgrade system has a good idea, it would be worth developing. The dungeon was really well built and the enemies had some nice themes going on. I feel that the main gameplay would improve a lot if there was some juice in the game, and the boss battle had a bit more action packed in there. Overall, a visually impressive game, that has many good ideas in it!

I like the graphics a lot! Really cute art style, I love how detailed the boss was (even if it did just glide around, haha). The audio was a bit too quiet though.
I think the only problem is that it's too simple at the moment. All the enemies just shoot towards the player, the only difference is how the enemy moves. I think the game could benefit a lot more from different bullet patterns, like rings, or shotgun bursts. I think a minimap could benefit the game a lot, too.
Still a pretty fun game overall! Definitely could go pretty far with some polish.

The graphics are amazing! It does need some polish but the gameplay is crisp.
I did however find a little bug, the boss is able to push you out of bounds, making it very easy to defeat him.
But I would actually like to see an rpg styled game with these assets.

the game is really fun but the boss seems to be able to walk through walls.
Thanks for playing! Its actually on purpose, it was easier to implement a "chase" behavior without having to worry about walls
