This was a fun game. As my BAC went up the words became pretty much impossible to read, which I think is the point, but would be good to offer a bit of forgiveness and still have some legibility. I liked the concept, felt unique for a bullet hell setting. Could definitely be expanded upon. Nice work!

Super cool idea! I have the feeling that some letters were not being counted, though (+ I'm really bad). The tutorial is quite easy to understand and illustrative!
Thank you! I think the problem that you may have encountered was what I ran into and that it's not always clear when you start a "word" - if you start a word that's hard to see or that's going off the screen it won't let you start another until it's completed or off the screen - but it could be another issue all together.
Thanks for the feedback!
really unique idea for the theme! I like the effects on the text, and the sfx.
gameplay could use a bit more work, or maybe I'm just bad at typing lmao
For some reason, I couldn't even get through the tutorial, but the idea itself is really cool!
this is a great idea, the space to move works really well with the typing portion. I however could not read the letters well at all. The font color, the size, and speed, the way it spun as it got faster all very difficult to see. l's js and all those ; just was hard to work around. Did you try using words instead of random letters? Just curious if you had any reasoning behind for the game mechanic side of it. I could see if you didn't want to make sight read, to typing. But I think it could have been more fun if it was recognizable words. Good submission, great idea, and keep it up.
Thanks for playing!
I wanted to have a dictionary of words but ran out of time. The color/font and difficulty scaling is WAY off - but I was tired and assumed since there was only one boss I'd make it hard, ha!
I'll probably make it into a bit more playable of a game after the jam is complete. Thanks for the feedback!
It was a neat idea but very hard to navigate and the fact it wasn't words being typed made it harder i think.
I get the idea, but the gameplay is just frustrating. It's not fun at all. I don't understand how to beat the Apollo, I don't know how to attack, cause in tutorial there is no info about that. Moreover, when you get into the tutorial, to leave it and play the game you have to refresh the page cause there is no button which moves to main menu :////
Hey there! Thanks for playing and sorry it's frustrating, maybe I can update the description a bit.
You type the words that come across the screen to fire attacks
The first page of the tutorial you're supposed to move all the way to the right and then the left to go to the next page
On the second page of the tutorial (I should've put more information) - you're supposed to type the words out on your keyboard as in :"you" "type" "to" "punch" and then it will move to the third page of the tutorial.
Even with that info I only had time to put in one real "boss" so I made him kinda tough, I've only beaten my own game once so far!
