Really cool. Very trippy, the music fits incredibly well. Really is very good, very well polished.

Honestly surprised how much I liked this one. Great sense of wit and humor, entertaining throughout with plenty of surprises, unique graphical style and embracement of the theme, and I really like the goofy self-insertion also. All-around a super solid package. Keep doing what you're doing, it's working.

Beautiful shader, funny dialogue, great use of theme, and enjoyable gameplay. Fantastic job with this!

This was very cool, loved the 1 bit graphics. The entire presentation was very polished and the story was funny! For a while I didn't realise I could move the camera but I got it eventually. Nice work!

My eyes skipped over the "drag - camera movement" part of the description and for a while I was just blindly going in circles in my flat rectangle stairs thinking This is so cool, I really have lost it. Found it eventually though. Loved the humor and had a great time!

As someone who has terrible depth perception and often loses his marbles, I found this game a little too relatable.

And I really enjoyed it, enough that I think it's worth the headache it gave me!

I love how the game looks, but it does physically hurt my eyes to play. The walk sound wasn't pleasant. Music fit the game really well. The story is fun, really fun. Didn't notice we slowly gain depth perception back as we play the game.

Very cool and unique game. Worth having the teary eyes.

I loved this one and I can't quite explain it! Probably the writing and the facial expressions, but also interacting with the world by dragging it around. There's a lot of personality on display. :D

Moving which crouching is pretty difficult using WASD if you want to move in any direction other than forward (so I guess using ASD specifically,) due to hand and finger positions.

This was such an interseting game, especially with the occasional 4th wall breaks. I absolutely loved this, I loved exploring and even finding that last darn marble (its  a curious one) Good job, well done!

What a great idea and execution! The visual concept is unique, the humor is on point, and the story is quite interesting as well; he clearly lost his marbles xD. Good job!

The aesthetic, the humor... Wow, the best game of the jam i've played yet!

Developer(+1)

wow, thank you. i honestly think your game might be my favourite, too. it's definetely up there! the devilish kindergardner just came straight for my heart ;-)

Really cool idea and execution! Couldn't find the last marble, but had fun anyways! Very trippy, but in a good way :) Nicely done!

I spent an HOUR... an hour... AT WORK.... trying to find that 6th marble. So that's how you know you have a fun neat game here - when people are obsessed with winning it. These graphics are really neat and it makes for a trippy experience!

Serious gameboy pocket but 3D vibes going on here, this is a childhood dream come true! awesome work!

Haha, fun! Found all my marbles, dangit. I really mostly did it because after I found the "crouch" marble I realized you had probably tied one to the "jump" action too. Too bad there wasn't one tied to the "marble" action ;) Anyway, nicely done! Would've been fun if the stairs up also went around in an eternal loop, but coding is hard :D Very...Kafkaesque.

Amazing visual style and concept! I absolutely failed at finding the final marble but really enjoyed exploring the game.

The first thing I tried to do was hit space to jump on the bed but it didn't work. I was playing and thinking "I need to remember that to leave in the feedback". Then a bit later I walked on the bed and he automatically started jumping. This is by far the best jumping on a bed simulator I've ever played :)

Developer

I really tried to give the player more air control so it would be easier to get on the bed, but the movement script I used (unity 3rd person controller) made it kind of hard.

seeing now, that it is a beloved feature, i might have to give it another shot...

Very well done for the theme, it connects perfectly and first I was a bit "my eeyyyees", but once I got used to it, I liked the idea of having to turn around and see what was going on and trying to find correct angles to get the marbles and see them.

Fun game as well with the little dialogues. I ended up picking too marbles under the stairs, so not sure if I was meant to find one more somewhere, maybe the neighbour?

But yeah overall great game, first time I started it, I'm not sure if I managed to bug it out somehow, but I only got the first dialogue after getting out of the bed and I kind of missed that and started running around and when I got the the door it popped up with the "open door" or whatever it was (without having the first dialogue completely) and it didn't do anything from the button and I couldn't press anything anymore. But I restarted and noticed the first dialogue and everything worked perfectly!

Great idea and well executed! :)

thank you for the in-depth feedback... it gave me the motivation to finally do some bug fixing.
- no more endless supply of Curious Marbles - you will have to deal with that neighbour from now on
- did you by any chance hit the 'M'-Key in your first playthrough? it makes Kindman shrug, but it was also linked to a rather aggressive "Debug"-function. whoopsiedaisy. but not anylonger!

Hahah, well good that I managed to motivate you :D

Aah I could have pressed it by mistake, that would make sense!

I don't know how to describe, it hurts my eyes, but I really like the concept, it naturally use the 3d and 2d view to make a great litt game. Fun dialogue, and can't believe I finish the game, I just like the great aesthetics, though it hurts my eyes lol. Great game, good job!

Crazy cool. Conceptually and aesthetically amazing, great use of the theme, and hilarious and witty dialogue of which I am extremely jealous.

Occasionally a bit confusing, but I don't think that's a negative here. I feel like my confusion honestly fits the game both mechanically and stylistically.

I unfortunately didn't end up playing all the way through, but I feel less marbleless and more marvelous nonetheless. Awesome work!
