Loved the art style, animations, and music! The ladder mechanics were a little weird, but all-in-all a nice little puzzle game. I hope I get to find out more about the main character in the next Game Jam. :D

Developer(+1)

Thank you for playing and rating.

I m still learning, so I hope my next version for climbing a ladder will be better. ^^

Maybe you will find out or maybe I finish some courses ane make a refined version of this gamejam game with my new collected knowledge. :D

The music stopped for me after a while. Maybe it doesn't repeat? Also was kinda expecting something to happen after opening the very last door. Anyway, I really like the puzzle design. Well done.

Developer

I think I forgot the option there. Maybe a music change after every 5 to 10 level would also be nice.

I wanted to do another message, but had to fix another bugs with the other messages I made at the end and it cost me some time.

Thank you for playing and rating my game. ;)

pretty fun puzzle and nice art. maybe more Sfx will make it even more enjoyable. If you continue this post jam, maybe you can make the level bigger / longer if you want. overall good job for completing the game!

Developer

Not sure if I continue this game. I want to take some courses first to get more experience.

But yeah, I would definitive make more and different Level and bigger ones

The atmosphere of the game was a success.  Enjoyed the world that was in the game.  Congratulations!

Very nice little puzzle game. The puzzles were rather simple but I like the vibe with the artstyle and the music
the crate size should be a bit better matched to the holes and maybe you can round of the edges of the colliders so the player doesn't get stuck quiet as often...
your ending was also rather cliffhangy - do you plan on continuing on this game?

Developer

Thank you for playing and rating.

I made the crates smaller, because they sometimes ended on the other side of the bits instead oof inside.

Thank you for the tipp with the corner. I will try it next time. ^^

I am not sure if I should make more content for this game. For the next time I planned to finish a lot of gamedec courses.

Great game!

Developer

Thanks for playing and rating ^^

Nice simple puzzle game. A bit repetitive but it's still fun nonetheless. Might wanna keep the crates size match the pits, as the gap between the crates and pits makes the player stuck sometimes.

Developer(+1)

Thank you for playing and rating.

Tried to get the crates a little smaller so they doesnt accidently fly over the gap. Maybe a invicible wall only for crates could work better.

It looks really great and the background music was realtively good for it, I'm no musician or anything like that so can't comment anything on that more :D

I know that because of how the game/puzzles was done, jumping would have not worked here, BUT I felt sooo restricted not being able to jump, even in the last level I was still trying to jump :D

I'm not a big fan of puzzle games, but because how the game felt and the puzzles were relatively easy I was able to finish it, but would have wanted a more of a "victory" than just being blocked by the lamp in the end :DDD

Great work though, to get this done in a week must have taken a lot of hours, good work! :)

Developer(+1)

thank you for playing my game and for the great review.

Yes, I didnt give the player the jump ability for purpose. :3

I wanted to do more for the ending, but my time ran out. :(

A tasty little snack of a puzzle platformer, The aesthetics, music  and mechanics where all very well done. The music did cutout for me around level 6 or 7 but that might be due to the amount of  times i had to restart the level (player skill issue, though I did get trolled by the box  :P) Great Work Overall!

Developer

Thank you for playing and rating. I decided in the last minute, thwt I want to continue the music after a levev and maybe its a bit short. Maybe I forgot to loop.

What did the box to you? ;D

What a tight cool little puzzle game. I enjoyed the little progression in dialogue/story as you go along and I think it's a great design being able to use that environment for so many different puzzles. The only thing I could wish for are some more challenging puzzles as I feel like we only got to see the tip of the iceberg before the game was over, but that's just how it is with gamejams - always leaving us wanting more.

Developer

Thank you for playing the game. Wish I had more time at week, so I concentrated my weekend on the most important parts I still needed. ^^

But I will participate in more gamejams to improve myself.

Really liked the variety of puzzle, you were able to implement quite a few of them.

Nicely done! :)

Developer

My first thought was to make it in two dimensions that affect each other, but my skill level is not high enough yet to make this in this short period. Thanks for playing and rating. ^^

Very nicely done! The game is simple, but fun to play and really enjoyable to look at. I love the background and the character animation. The music really adds another layer to it as well!

Developer

I prefer simple games, especially when they are very short. Thank you for playing my game and rating it. :3
