All the character designs are very cute, even the "scary" rabbits haha! The hiding mechanic is also very fun. I would have loved some music as I think that would have tied it all together, but otherwise nice work!
That planting mechanic is realy great idea and it's fun to use it. Over all it's really great game but I think that it could look better if you used more colors. It looks like you made this game only using one color palete. More colors will make your game looks more alive.
I realy like this one :)
Thanks. I was really trying to stick to the 4 colour rule and was seeing if keeping the bright colours on just the player would be fun.
I really like the stealth mechanic, although it is a bit hard to tell if you're in line of sight at times.
Very nice game. I feel the rabbits could have been more of a challenge; like atm you can walk right in front of them and they don't see or care. Initially I was trying to avoid line of sight! Otherwise it's a great looking game. Good work!
Great game! Very scary rabbits, but rescuing princess peach once more is very nice :)
Keep it up!
Thank you. You play as a carrot so the rabbits would the scariest thing to you right.
Like others have said, the main mechanic is good. I wish for the sake of the jam that dying respawned at your current area due to having so many games to play and rate.
When I was developing it, that was exactly how I had it working. But this made the game way to easy and I personally didn't like that as a game loop. But I totally see what you mean. Thank you for the feedback.
I liked the idea of stealth by planting yourself and it was a good idea for the theme. The game was a bit slow and I didn't like the open doors sequence in terms of losing control and having to wait. Missed a lot having sfx & music.
Very interesting concept, the mechanic of hiding is simple and fun. Real nice interpretation of the secondary theme, and feels super gamboyish. Obviously would have liked some sound to put everything together. Congrats, I really liked it.
Thank you for the great feedback. I wish I had time to add sound effects and music.
Very cute game, I liked it! Very nice character animation and all of that. A little bit of music would have helped out, but I understand the time crunch, great game!
Very good game ! The gameboy soul is strong in this one. I love the gameplay, the basic movement and all...well done, really !
Thank you. Making it in GBStudio really keeps it feeling and playing like original Gameboy for sure.
cool idea - needs some TLC though… I seems that sometimes the rabbits can see you through the walls, maybe some indication how far / what they see would be good.

The game in general needs some sounds and polish, but the concept on hiding on the floor is great!
Thank you. I totally agree with you. 100%
Can't say I've ever played a Carrot Stealth game before! A clever use of the theme. Kudos to making it in GBStudio, too. I had one instance where the rabbits claimed to have seen me, but both of their backs were facing me. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience and I was able to save the princess. Nice entry!
Thanks for the feedback. Yeah there are for sure some bugs with the sight. Hopefully I can’t polish up this concept in the future.
It's a really fun game to play!
It's a shame that it has no sound at all, but I'll definitely try it on my Gameboy
Thank you. I just ran out of time. Eventually I think I’ll add music and sound effects.
