Great take on the theme! Took me a second to realize what I was doing but once I did, I had a ton of fun juggling the gun and the keys to navigate the levels. Very solid entry and well done!

great work and cool game! I liked the puzzle elements and it was interesting to only have one inventory spot. I wish there was a way to differentiate the rooms a bit more because I felt like I was getting lost at points. Goated game
This is a "go at this game" situation. I had to use the windows magnifier to play, but I enjoyed it. You replicated a Zelda SFx there ;-) Nice game, I really liked the gameplay and the music.
That was fun! The mechanics were competently implemented, the shooting was pretty fun, and some of the more puzzling rooms did tease my brain. The boss was also a decent challenge.
The one-item limit was interesting in concept, but mostly annoying in execution. I sort of got around it by abusing the item swap / throw mechanic to juggle two items around everywhere. To be fair, it was really fun juggling two items around places, but I'm not sure if it was intentional design.
The heavy use of antialiased text is mildly problematic, since it creates a lot of in-between colors. Not egregious, just questionable.
The audio was a tad loud, but the boss music was much louder than everything else; it's way too loud! It was quite strange.
All-in-all though, great work!
thanks for your feed back, the music i should have done something with and there is a few bugs, im happy how much i was able to do in three days.my original idea was about the cabbage goat and wolf puzzle and there not being enough space in the boat. the throwing of items was meant i wanted people to be able to speed run it thats why the endscore is highe the quicker you run it. its a game i might expand on in the future.
I liked the game and idea of using only 1 inv, only 2 problems I saw that you could improve on - on level 3 you can softlock if you open the wrong door first, and the icon is somewhat hard to scale up so you can read the text.
hmmm youre the first to be soft locked in, i know if you dont pick up the gun going into the 3rd level you can soft lock yourself , also i know of a glitch where two items can merge so you cant pick either up. and the size is annoying as its 160x144. you can always try downloading it as ive made the window resizable. thanks for your input though i appreciate it
I like the idea, but using your inventory as "Space" doesn't quite fit the theme
