Interesting game. The idea behind it is an interesting one on it's own, and this is a brilliant execution of the theme.
Thank you for your playing!
Funny submission. Well done!. LOL
Thank you for your playing!
This game so fun!
Thank you for playing the game again.
I loved this concept! I got to the end on my first try!
The only thing I could see improved is the visuals like different colour changes in the UI/background for each month.
Other than that this was very well put together!
This is a good suggestion!
Took me a few tries but very nice game, and very simple but effective execution
Hope it brings you a pleasant gaming time.
Beat this first try! Picked the Indie game ending lol. Very well put together, written, and implemented!
Thank you for your playing!
very smart game! Good job!
Thank you for your playing!
Not very fun of text-based games, but I liked this one. I think that the music really added to the experience, and the text was well written. Well done!
For the music, I used CC0 resources provided by GDevelop. Since I don’t know the author, I didn’t write the source. I also like these music.
Enjoyed relaxing and playing the game <3
i love how the game also teach you cause and consequence of your actions ! :0
Well made !
I dare not to teach , just show a possible result of the choice. I am glad you like it.
Only lasted 6 months, overall pretty cool game! Can you rate my game as well?
of course, I'll play and rate now
This game is so fun! I only got 20 months not sure if bad or good for first time.
Overall: 9.9/10
Very nice, you have completed 4/5 of the process
So 25 months is full game? 25x(4/5) = 25/5=5 4x5= 20 which is my time
Actually it is 27 months, which is closer to 4/5
Nice game, I really like the concept.
Thanks for playing!
Interesting entry! I like the theme being interpreted as an unstable job in an unstable industry. It has a nice variety of situations, but could use more graphics (like maybe pixel-art icons for each attribute, and/or more different backgrounds and fonts) and a leaderboard. Nice job overall!
Thanks for your suggestion, I'll remember to add it next time
I wish the graphics were a bit more polished but I truely enjoyed that you chose this kind of subject, I liked the progression too, and it seems you have developed a lot of variations so good work !
I discovered a lot of good artists in this competition, and I will consider collaborating with them next time to make up for my shortcomings
I enjoyed that. I ended up playing longer than the time I allotted myself.
- The event title and body were sometimes too close together.
- I didn't feel at risk of losing, felt too easy.
+ Transition from knowing to not knowing outcomes was very good, like a tutorial leading straight into the main game...but it's also the main game to begin with.
+ There seems to be a lot of different events, lots of interesting content.
The paragraph spacing is not adjusted properly. The last time I adjusted it was to make the text of the last event fully present.
The value is indeed a difficult problem. I set a random number range for each result. Maybe I should set a fixed value and then adjust it according to the difficulty curve.
Very simple but works well as a game, makes me think of stuff like game dev tycoon and such
I have loved the Kairosoft game since I was a child
Not bad
thank you for your playing
I love games like this, but for some reason I’ve never tried to make them. Good job!
I can't do your art either, and hopefully we can both learn something from each other's work.
The game might have not fit the game's theme in my opinion, but the game is so addicting that I didn't realize that I was playing for hours. this game is so good! reminds me of that game BitLife
Here's my thinking of "Unstable": The gaming industry is so unstable that making the wrong choices can cost you your job.
I have never played BitLife, but I just searched it and it is really similar, haha. In fact, my gameplay reference is that game Regins.
That's fascinating! I never thought of it like that, I salute you sir for having an in depth perspective of the theme of your game for the jam!
5/5 Game
5/5 Respect
Nice game, welldone! can you please play my game to get feedback!
Of course, I will give an honest review
