I was afraid it wouldn't fit the theme at all, but in the end, I was mistaken !

A good game, even though it lacks a little text to indicate which voltage is required for each tower ( it feels a bit random )...

Yeah my take on the theme was both direct and abstract.  You're turning on lights which is directly related, but you're also taking batteries on / off towers and moving them around which is my abstract take on the theme.

Glad you enjoyed the game and the feedback about showing voltages is one I've received a lot, definitely need to look into that improvement after the jam.

This is such a slick little puzzle game, really well done, and a completely original take on the theme! I really love it, and I look forward to checking out anything you do in the future.

Short and sweet, without being too complicated. Of course I would like to have the required voltage of each tower revealed but someone also recommended to do without the steps counter. 

I'd say keep the steps counter.

Thanks for the feedback, especially working off what others have said.  I'm currently thinking about different game modes as there seem to be a few different preferences, so hearing everyone's thoughts is very useful.

Really interesting concept, but you could have made that the power you have to deliver on each pole has its voltage written as value X+-Y like if you want a tower that needs 8V minimum, and would overheat at 12V, you could have it written like 10+-2, or just have either minimal-8V, optimal-10V or overheat-12V value without +-, because you encourage us to make it in as few moves as possible(which is exacly the Tower of Hanoi), but I spent like half of the time figuring out how much voltage does each pole need, which was a bit tedious

Thanks for the feedback, this will definitely help me stay closer to the ToH roots.  The current overheating mechanic is even simpler than +/-, there's just a minimum voltage and you overheat at twice that.  I felt quite restricted by the current system so I look forward to experimenting with this after the jam!

This was quite fun! That last level was a real doozy!

I don't think there's anything wrong with the target voltages being hidden, per se. Figuring out the required powers is fun. I think the problem is that prompting the player to do it in "the fewest moves" and then obfuscating the end goal feels kind of bad: every inquiry is framed as lost time.

All in all, very good work!

I appreciate the feedback, hearing everyone's different perspectives on hiding the voltages has been very helpful.  I'm weighing a few options right now and look forward to working on this game more after the jam!

Good puzzle game. It would be nice to see how much power the tower needs below them. This would help planning better.

Cool concept, I love a good relaxing puzzle! I was a bit confused at first that all towers seemed to overheat at different voltages, but once I understood it, figuring out that information was part of the fun. I had a good time!

I liked it! Was confused as to why sometimes a 1.5 + 1.5 overheated a tower and sometimes it didn't...? But regardless, it was a straight forward and easy to understand game!

Glad you enjoyed it!  The towers each have their own target voltage and will overheat if you go too far over that voltage.  I considered displaying the target values but for now part of the puzzle is figuring it out.  I could change this after the jam when I put some polish on the game.

Addictive. It is necessary to think because each tower requires a different voltage. The graphics and presentation could use some work, but as an idea it's really, really fun.
