Cool game, I managed to beat it!

Nice use of the theme but not sure about the way you implemented the limitation.

I really liked the blurry filter effect!

Thanks for checking out the game. The blur effect is made of 4 images that fuse together when the player finds the lenses. That’s how I implemented the limitation.

Ah ok, clear 👍

Nice and clean game. I loved the blur effect personally and thought that was very creative! A couple of thoughts to consider for a future version: 1) it would be nice to be able to skip the intro... for a bit I thought my controls just weren't working. 2)  more dungeony stuff, like enemies and weapons and things might be fun. Well done!

This is more than just a game. It's a piece of art. The maze is so dark and gloomy, and the blurry vision, you never know what's gonna be around the corner, or even if you can perceive it properly. Beautiful game, keep it up in round 2!

I'm a little obsessed with the look of this game.  I'm definitely a sucker for retro vibes and quality, intentional use of a limited color palette and you absolutely killed it.  Great job!

Very cool idea, and you perfectly captured that “slightly out of focus” feel. One of the coolest looking games in the jam.

Awesome job!

I really loved this game. The maze and puzzles were great for an intro level.  And the blurry vision mechanic was fun too. Well done!

I escaped the maze, really good game and I really like the effects and artwork. My favourite part is going on the bridges, I think that is done really well

This is a great entry! The art style is great and even with the limited vision all the gameplay elements are very readable and work well.
It was very satisfying watching the vision get clearer and clearer with every lens I found. Nice work :)

A really great implementation of the theme. And very unique gameplay :)

The only concern I have is that the game feels a bit too punishing in the beginning because you struggle to get through the game with limited vision and it makes it less rewarding in the end because when you found all the lenses and finally can see the environment, there is not much to explore left ... I would like to see this mechanic to work with time, like you have limited time to find your lenses before your sight deteriorating.

But regardless of this small point ☝️ this is amazing submission, has ton of potential, very innovative and unique!

Great work 👍

Really great! A little unclear what the collectibles were for. I love the art and the take on the theme.

I find it a bit odd to have player be “blind” when he can see the charather, I think it would work better as an FPS… but the effects were really nice
