The aesthetics and music fit really well! I liked the level design. They were made in a way that slowly introduced you to tiles with new mechanics.
This is a very charming little game, I hope you continue this. It's a very interesting concept :)
please be aware that not everybody has a qwerty keyboard layout
Oof, sorry for that. Gonna try to implement input settings next time!
It need to be made into a full game, it's really fun and the mechanic is simple but versatile. Congrats !
Really nice game. A very nice mechanic for the puzzles. Had a lot of fun playing the levels
Hi! In case you missed it, I played and rated your game that you submitted to me on Twitch: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/678278731
Hi! Thanks for the notification. I watched it live. Thanks for playing!
A great idea and a really well made game. I really loved the way the puzzles teached me how to play by introducing new techniques and mechanics, and then developping them through more difficult levels.
it is pretty and simple
and creative puzzels
Great game, fantastic presentation audio and simple but effective puzzle game. Great work
Early levels were fun but there were times when I was losing when I hadn't used all my inputs up, so that was a little confusing. If that was intentional a small tutorial would have been great, but good job!
Well, I wanted to teach players how to play it via level design instead of text tutorials. I'm definitely not the best level designer (more than that, these levels are my first attempt in level design stuff), so there are some mistakes like this one. The idea was that the keys stay pressed, and the opposite keys cancel each other (while staying pressed). So, if you press both left and right, you'll stop moving horizontally at all. Seems like this was the idea I couldn't convey clearly, thus causing confusion.
Thanks for your feedback!
ohh, that's actually a cool design idea! I think if you continue work on this though then it would be good to create a hint or something as it wasn't entirely obvious to me. I might just be being an airhead though! And don't worry, I'm still learning the hard way with level design, my submission for the jam has some pacing issues.
Very well executed!
There were a couple moments where I wished I could move the camera around to see the rest of the level, but that's the only issue I had with it :)
I thought that it would be useful to see where you should go, I even tried to make levels small enough to fit the screen. Didn't think about moving the camera though. Glad you've enjoyed it!
Great game and idea! Loved the presentation and the puzzles.
Loved it.
The premise is interesting and the mechanics used to explore it were intriguing and easy to understand. The art conveyed exactly what I needed to know and also looked great.
The stuck detection was a really nice touch.
Great job - my favourite game I’ve play so far.
nice game style and well made. i love it
Really interesting idea of using the controls. Nice take on the theme.
So simple and so complex at the same time! Good job.
simple yet frustrating :) Great job
Crispy clean, plenty of levels and awesome mechanics! rad!
Very nice aesthetic and sound design. Well made. The artwork is clean, and the levels feel rewarding at just the right difficulty.
