love the artwork and idea !

The concept has potential. Love the background music and the cute visuals.

It was a little bit weird to have the first 'level' only be some cutscene and starting lvl2 I at first had no real idea what to do. At first I tried to avoid the aliens.

The controls worked very well, but it took me a while until I understood why sometimes the robot would do something different. That was kinda frustrating, not knowing when he would go 'out of control'.

I think that after some polish, making it more clear when/how it will loose control it would be more fun to play

Interesting, but very unforgiving. I think you can improve the “risk / reward” feel by having a 0% chance of malfunction with only a single input, where there is a very specific way to clear a stage. Otherwise, players can improvise and try to clear the stage in a different way, but may not succeed.

Very strategic, couldn't finish but I plan to come back to this one, it's about disease which some other games have done but it's a very unique take. Some polishing up on the gameplay would've been nice, but I can see this one becomign a full fledged game in the future.

Great Game! Really liked the gampelay, and the little cutscenes were really cute!

interesting concept, quite a challenge. i do think it can feel like the game is working against you but thats just part of the challenge

I like the strategy/puzzle take and this is a great foundation to work on. Right now, I feel like it's a bit all over the place and some systems are working against each other.

The 'the more moves you play, the higher the chance of randomizing' part ends up forcing the player to just play 1-3 moves per turn, which works against the 'getting a random set of moves to choose from' part, as you only need very little to get a turn, which then works against the 'you have a limited amount of turns part', as that seems to be balanced around about 2-3 moves per turn, which also doesn't work too well with things like the hand enemies.

I don't know if these would work, but maybe thinking about it is worth it:

  • Do the opposite, high base chance of randomization that decreases the more commands you put in. This way you consistently get random moves no matter how you play.
  • Have enemies that move or hide do so based on moves, not turns - this way you don't end up just skipping turns and instead have to thing more and plan your moves.

Either way, congrats on the game and for having so much content in so little time!

It's a really complex one for a jam!

I really liked this game, but it seemed pretty unforgiving! Really well done with the theme of the game!

I think that having the game decide what happens despite you trying to plan for things is not a very fun mechanic, puts you on the back seat

Cool concept!

Cool idea. The chance for the malfunction in reality seems to be real high though
