Like the theme and great art style, but I think the rapid timing makes it tricky to get into without just spamming either left or right... maybe the timer could have gone a LOT slower at first, and slowly sped up as they game went on? But unique idea and great visuals

I really like the art, it looks very nice. But I'm not entirely sure what exactly I was supposed to do. Some scoring system would be nice. Also the patience was running out very quickly so it was quite hard for me to watch everything (the options, the patience and akwardness level, the reactions of the alien). Otherwise the idea is very nice. And I think the game is good for first game jam game.

This was pretty fun, a bit confusing, but I liked the concept.

Great idea! Could be little easier.

Next time make a game longer than it takes to read the explanation. (that might be a similar game, just *simpler*).

The art's a nice touch--love the paint strokes.

In space, no-one can hear you cringe!

Very unique idea! However, I found that I could win pretty much every time if I just spammed the right arrow key

Very interesting art style, unfortunately the game is so short D:

Good job though!

Really good art style, Fun gameplay.. For future improvements, I believe you should make a way to learn the Alien language. But nice idea overall. Great game!!

Very original and cute game -Ivory-

Nice game!

Really like the idea, I would like if the awkwardness bar filled up as time goes by rather than patience.

Interesting idea and cute art. My first thought was “It's so fast”. Then I got that spam one key is the easiest way to complete this game.

A nice preview of an interesting mechanic, hope you will develop it more.

Is playing this normally fun? Kinda. It's a bit too fast and the charm wears off somewhat quick.

Is just spamming right or left and getting a long string of the mechanic just losing it in front of you fun? Absolutely.

The web version is buggy.

Very concise and cute experience! A lot of people went abstract rather than literal with the theme this year so I give it a pass. Great first game!

Submitted

Well i can't figure out how this game fits the theme. Although game is good.

The artwork was great, but the game moved a bit fast. A solid idea though, unfortunately, it seems to be boiled down to choose the better of the two options as quickly as possible, because the alien's patience runs down so fast otherwise.
