This really plays with my head. What a cool twist to an old mechanic. Love the game altho the difficulty level can be improved on especially the fire level.
Thank you a lot for your feedback! How would like the difficulty to be increased? Faster fire? Harder jump/platform? What do you think will be the most fun ? 😁
Cool concept, I havent seen anything like it yet, for this jam. Thought the level design was pretty good too ;)
Love the dreaming idea and the visuals are stunning!
Those extra gems on that fire level... how could I not go after them?
Haha! They're there for that 👍 Did you get all of them? So happy that you've enjoyed it!
Really nice execution of a dimension shift type game!
Hey, I love this re-imagining of a classic gameplay mechanic! Great job :)

Thank you a lot! Do you have a few games in mind that looks like ours ? So we can play them I try to understand what we could have done better 😁
Sorry for the delay, crazy week.
Now that you ask it’s hard to pinpoint exactly where my memories of platformers with switch/flip mechanics is coming from (probably Kongregate or other jam entries). Out of more renowned games I would say I feel some Ibb & Obb vibes here. A little bit of On Rusty Trials. Out of our own little community, ORUL made a name for itself with similar mechanics.
I didn’t mean to come off as dismissing earlier, Dream Night is a great jam entry and you’ve earned the right to be proud of it! More so, you’ve managed to actually add levels and game flow other than just mechanics (like me lol)
Super thank you for your insights! I'm gonna have a look to these games! 👾
A great idea with a good execution. Well done !
Thank you! That's good to read!
My wow-moment was, when I fell through and the characters switched sides. Didn't expect it and created a new form of puzzles
Thank you! It was a lot of fun to make and I had so many ideas but not enough time for great levels!
Very interesting! Nice style
Super happy that you enjoyed it! Thank you a lot for the music, it is superb! 😁
the other side is a bit distractingly wavy, but aside from that great game!

Letting the characters fall into each other's worlds is very nice design decision and adds more depth to the levels. Really cool little game!
Cheerful to hear that!
Nice game! Liked the water effect, and somehow this game reminds me sisão.
Thanks! 😁 Do you have a link for "sisão" 😅?

Really cool! The music loop is nice and the actual gameplay is fun too! The flipping of directions once you break the middle plane is a good touch!
So happy that you liked it! Thank you 🙏
Cool concept and really nice music. The waving effect on the bottom half really gives a nice touch to the game. Enjoyed all levels!
