I love art, and the controls are really precise and I liked it. But when the thing of changing gravity appeared I struggled a lot. I think that was maybe too hard. But solid entry! I actually had fun playing.
Id appreciate if you played and rate my game too :)
Very clean graphics, it looks really good. Try to balance level difficulty. Good job! :)
Not a whole lot to say here. The fairly basic "you control two characters" idea is made more interesting by having an item that reverses one character's controls. Gameplay feels and sounds and looks good, although it can be pretty tough. Would have loved to see the concept explored with more interesting levels. Great art.
Looks really good, I love the 2 color theme. I feel like the game didn't really do much with the 2 characters. In most of the levels I played you just get them in sync and just play the level like you normally would, then maybe something extra with the one of the characters. Also the booster up and down stages were really hard. I gave up immediately after I saw there was another one right after the first one.
The look of this game was really nice and clean. I wish there was more of a connection or different abilities between the two characters. The gravity felt a bit weird, but it was fun once I got the hang of it.
Such a nice game!
I really dig into the old school black and white aesthetics. I think the characters feel a bit too "heavy", but overall the challenges are all doable and fun to play.
Very good job!
Holy cow that is a tough one! haha
The music kept me going though. I would like to see some more levels with more depth on design.
I liked the aesthetic and 1-bit artwork. I only made it to the level with the bounce pads though as it was very difficult. Perhaps if you had more control / time to manoeuvre in between pads it would be easier. I also agree with another commenter that because the levels were symmetric the consequences of the characters having the same controls wasn't explored, but something to think about if you do make more levels perhaps. The character controls were very precise and tight though, which I liked.
I love the look and the sounds. I found the movement a bit too fast and the jump could do with tweaking but I liked the mechanic that is introduced in the second level. Well done!
Looks great! It's super hard tho but I had fun!
I love the music. - I struggled with the platforming. When in the jump, lock the controls and maybe give the player a bit more weight. - Overall, well done. I liked it.
A tricky plataformer, a bit too tricky for me though. The gravity level felt way too tight, and the spikes hitbox seems bigger than their sprite (I guess it's because the entire tile is a hitbox).
I only played until the second gravity level, and my biggest issue is that, so far at least, you are not really controlling two characters. Since the levels are symmetric, you are just controlling the same character with two different views. Maybe later levels introduce a certain level of "desync" between, but I couldn't pass the second gravity.
Either way, the art and sounds are pretty good, while the game itself is a solid, albeit tight, plataformer.
In my opnion, it's a pretty good job for your first game. Keep it up!
PS: Probably the engine's fault, but I had to reload the page after loading the game in other for the controllers to work.
the second gravity change level (i think 5th level) is way too hard. spend 40 minutes on it and only managed to do it one way twice. Doing it twice in a row is way too much
Spike hitboxes feel larger than they look
Music is really good
Good idea and also good controls. I liked it a lot :D
But my browser sometimes didn't let me control the game, but i think that is a problem of the game Engine.
cool
Amazing graphics and concept! Level 3 destroyed me.
I think the physics and speed are a bit to high, it's really hard to control.
Absolutely amazing art style though!
hard game but really fun, i really like the colour scheme and the blocky art style
Very nice presentation! I think the speed/gravity is a little high, requiring a large amount of precision. But I enjoyed pushing myself through the levels nonetheless. Great job finishing in time :D
Damn the game is hard! Fun concept! Graphics and are good! This has potential, but character movement feels too precise, spike collision needs to be smaller. Good job. :)
I was looking into jump buffering as the time was running out, definitely a lesson for next time! Thanks for taking the time to play and give feedback :)
Cool graphics! The sound mixing could use some work, the jump is earpiercing
Sorry to your ears! Thanks for the feedback, learning how to adjust the balance between sounds is on my to do list now. Thanks for playing! :)
