Great work guys, the art looks clean, and nice is that the chain jam game is it made for the continuation. By the way great job :D

this is a really cool spin on a classic genre, good job!

That game was REALLY refreshing guys! Damn. X)

I really liked the core idea! You can join yourself to you tower to move them around and get them on the right spot but to add more spice, once joined together, you can't cut off this bound! That was an AWESOME take on the topic! :D

Plus the presentation is off the chart. The creepy music and the dark theme put you in the right atmosphere... you really feel like you're trying to protect these houses from a THREAT. And this game over sequence tho X)! The way you zoom on the house and you can hear the monster scream... that's scary man... :'). It made me feel bad because I though about how the people living in the house got brutally killed by monster because of MY own mistakes. After that, you really don't wanna mess up... X)

That was GREAT guys! Congrats! :D

Awesome idea of a tower defence game with the theme joined together. Loved the puzzles and I think you executed it very well : ) great work!

Cool concept. You could defin elaborate on the idea with more enemies and new crystals.

I really enjoyed this puzzle game! It's a nice take on the theme with a lot of potential when you think about all the different kinds of enemies and other obstacles you could add. Great game!

A fun puzzle game based on tower-defense strategies, it is a way to increase the difficulty of tower-defense games as GMTK always says in his video about TD games. The controls are rather strange in a way, but I quickly got used to it.

My mind isn't really tuned that well to strategy and puzzle games, but this is actually really fun and good if you get the right combination of defeating the little imps invading your home. A bit of polish would improve the game well,  and give it a boost of potential.

I loved how this felt more like a puzzle game than anything else, it fit the theme very well.

Haven't seen a tower defense with this mechanic on it, great idea! It allowed for some puzzle solving level design, which you managed to do great on. I think the projectiles move a little too fast compared to how slow you drag the towers around, but that can easily be tweaked. I can definitely see this getting big with more content and polish! Great job!

tower defence where I need to drag and protect the towers.

Neat idea, and great presentation. I'll admit I'm not a fan of tower defense, but I liked the puzzle spin you put on it. Tower movement feels a bit too slow to me, especially once you start asking me to dodge bullets. I'm not sure about having to join to all towers at once. It seems like it would limit level design possibilities a fair bit, but it's also interesting having to fully commit to your positioning.

Nice work!

Developer

Thank you for playing.

We made the towers connect to the player all at once because at the time, most of our ideas in levels were made based on that, since being able to choose to each one you want to link and at what time could make the puzzles easier, but for sure this can also lead to other types of level desing with interesting levels too.

I love the spooky aesthetic of the whole game! I like having to be able to move the towers around, however the moving the towers thing was confusing for me to get the tethers the right lengths.

Overall I enjoyed it. Good job!

This game makes tower-defense feel like a puzzle! The controls are a bit counter-intuitive in my opinion (especially clicking to move a tower closer), but once you get them they allow for a very subtle manipulation of the towers.

Thank you for making this game, keep up the good work!

Very cool game! Idea is a really original and I liked the combination of puzzle solving with more active enemy combat. Looks and sounds great as well. Good job!

Cool idea, I like the mechanic.

I honestly don't have a lot to say on this one, I just find the way it works very interesting and original!

A very cool way to utilize the theme in a puzzle/tower defense game! There were a couple levels I had to think about how to solve it. My favorite aspect is that the puzzle has two phases: a sort of planning phase, but also an active phase where you have to do things as the wave progresses.

I think with some tweaking the way you can manipulate the crystals could be even better. There were times when I knew what I wanted to do but had to get my positioning just right lest the crystals all crowd around each other again, disabling them. Fantastic entry overall!

Thanks for the comment!

Indeed, the crystals manipulation is a bit 'funky'. If you run around while they follow you (specially the second-last map), you will notice they actually fall behind you as they collide with each other.  However we didn't want to spent too much time perfecting it so we focused on other aspects of the game.

I am glad you enjoyed it!
