Brilliant ideas! The puzzles are all pretty clever and well-made, and what I especially appreciate is that the levels always leave some space for the players so that the players don't have to make the paper be in an exact position to pass the level. Well done! Also, I kind of like this art style. Nice job for a 48h work! Had a lot of fun!

last-minute level design leaves a lot of room for cheese, haha, glad you liked 7 though as that was my favourite too. Thanks for playing and the feedback! good idea, any thoughts on what might be the best indicator? I was thinking a glow or wiggle of some kind. I suppose I'll have to just try a few things and see which feels the most intuitive
Man, this game was fun. I don't think I've seen a physics puzzle game exactly like this. The level design needs some polish since I was never sure if I was doing things "correctly", and the level select screen really needed to be up to par with the rest of the game aesthetically, but other than that, the game was pretty good!
This is a really unique take on a physics puzzle game (or at least, I haven't seen anything similar before)! Really fun to play, and the puzzle design really made you think about some of the solutions. I absolutely love the ability to stop time and move pins, it added a great extra element of strategy (and difficulty) to choosing how to set up your paper. The corkboard theme was a lovely visual style too :)
Nice cute game in the style of crayon physics, but with paper and pins instead of drawing figures. I wonder if some of the solutions I did were inteded or I exploited things a bit :-). Very original!
haha, there are certainly some exploits in this version, hopefully we can resolve those with some tightening of the mechanics and more playtesting of levels--I think 7/10 of the levels were made within the last few hours as we tried to get the game finished. I'd never heard of Crayon Physics but it looks right up my alley (if this game didn't make that obvious). Thanks for playing and for the recommendation!
Really nice game with clever puzzles. It was satisfying when the pieces of paper were just the right length to make a bridge, and when they fell in the way you planned. You probably already know the music is on the loud end, but otherwise great game!
Interesting physics-puzzler. I love the concept and art. I could see this being really interesting with some more polish.
cool game: nice art and game mechanics - music too (but i was quite loud comparing to other games). maybe it is a bit overstretching of the theme - but i doubt that it is important if the game went nice:) i believe a theme should work as boost for inspiration but not for restriction:)
Like lemmings, and a bridge-building game. Reminds me a lot of old-school flash games. The music adds a lot to the experience. There's a very decent physics core to this game.
Unfortunately, I got stuck at level 4. I'd gladly play through the rest if you'd give me some tips (a "hint" button would be handy, or being able to skip some levels).
I wasn't exactly sure what the main character is - is it a meatball? bowl of ice-cream? It doesn't really matter for a jam, but come clarification, etiher visually or otherwise would be nice.
The amount of instruction in the first level is a bit overloaded, consider spreading that out a bit more.
I think it would be more integral if the pins you move around begin in the level, rather than as a ui piece. The moving pins around, and the sound effects associated, was rather satisfying.
Thanks for the feedback! Definitely hear you on the pins starting in the level, we initially wanted to have both pins and platforms available in a little "toolbox zone" or something that you initially drag from, but unfortunately didn't get to that and many other things, amongst which, as you note, was a cohesive character design. I think he's like a purple lumberjack styled after kingpin from spiderman, but beyond that I can't say. Maybe those things will come in a more developed version later :)
SPOILER: For level 4, place the small bit on the ledge to the right of the player, and the larger platform slightly off to the left of the target platform so it tilts over to the left. By the time the player knocks over the first platform, turns around, and comes back, you should be able to place a pin such that the larger platform rests flat and gives a path to the finish.
Ah, I completely forgot about moving the paper around, haha. Yeah, it's a very enjoyable game - but I think the freedom that you have as a player might make it a little difficult as a puzzle game. In level 7, there were a lot of possibilities to complete it, but I couldn't find one. The solution space was very large and expansive - and puzzles are largely about reducing possible solutions to just one (process of elimination). Thanks for the hint!
I like the theming, graphics, and music a lot! I'm not entirely sure how well this fits the theme, but the mechanic works pretty well and I appreciate the pins auto-snapping to holes
