it's very hard because the blue rod disconnects when not even going that fast
Really simple game with an amazing concept :) But it’s really hard, my best score was 19, I manage to hit a red bullet but it was really hard. And the chain breaking too easily.
Interesting idea, neat concept and excelent visual style. Simple and intuitive controls, but the difficulty ramping was too hard for me LOL, not a big deal there just wanted to point that out.

I loved everything about it, but it's very hard.
The red balls killed me all the time and I was pretty angry.
Then I read the description, and then I did die to the red balls knowingly, that it is my fault. xd
Did not managed to survive it once. :|
Cool game.
1, The game is too hard.
2, Sometimes, a pink chain appears out of no where and kills me.

Blue handle turns red after chain break and then and only then it becomes capable of deflecting red balls if you succeed it will come back

Nice game! I like the concept and it very much fits the theme - tricky to control, but then that's part of the challenge. Nice one!
Fun little game! Maybe you could change the hitting sound to an more metallic one, but else really enjoyed playing the game. The graphics look also very nice.
Funny game. It took me like 5 rounds before understanding how to avoid to break the chain
Really like the fact that it restarts as soon as you lose. Really important in a game like this so that the player doesn't lose interest. Well done with the art and sound too.

Fun concept! There's less between the center of the screen and the top of the screen than there is to the left or right side and the center. For this type of game, I'd make it a square aspect ratio, otherwise stuff coming from the top or bottom feels too hard and unfair. I'd also slow the projectiles down just a little bit, as it felt very unforgiving at times. Aside from that, I thought this was fun! Would love if you left my team's game a review as well :)

Simple mechanic that fits the theme perfectly. Feels a bit unforgiving in places but all of that can be tweaked after the jam. Great game!
5/5 simple, polished and fun.
It took me some time to understand how everything works, but after that it was very fun.
It took me a while to get the hang of it but this is a pretty neat little game once you do. While it seems counter-intuitive to swing a nunchaku deliberately gently, the mechanic of deliberately breaking the chain to fight off the red orbs is especially cool.
I wish you had a bit more time to react to fireballs coming from above or below though, since mistakes from those can feel kind of cheap.
Best Ninja Simulator from this gamejam :D
