Such a cute aesthetic, specifically the player animations. Riding along the white wires also feels super good. Very polished entry, great job.

(if you are planning to polish it more maybe reduce a bit volume of sfx relative to music, but don't take it as complaint:) )
Your sound design is so inspired. The way my movements contributed to the already beautiful musical soundscape was so satisfying. I wish the jump and movement had felt bouncier and less stiff, that would have helped me get more in the flow. I found myself wanting to go fast and flow-y, could you encourage that some way? perhaps when you deliver enough letters you unlock a new part of the city or cars to bounce on or something. This idea was kind of just a regular collecting game, but it showed the controls really well at the beginning and the atmosphere of it was really cool. I had fun.

The car hoods is a great idea! We had also thought about fire hydrants to boost the players up to higher levels, but it didn't make it in time.
I love the double jump animation ! The theme of the game fells so relaxing, I would love to have a small story to go along with it.

What about the theme?
I love these kinds of games, where devs just let you jump wherever on the map and not giving you the strict paths. The game's aesthetics are beautiful and charming, while the music is complimenting it.
The only complaint I have that the controls are a little bit stiff, there are not that many options for control while in jumping state, NES Ninja Gaiden imo has that perfect movement for this kind of game.
But all in all, it was a great experience!

Nice controls, could have been nice to keep avoiding platforms while pressing space & down. However very sweet :) Congratz !

Wow, the game is so cute and wholesome 😻. Sometimes the controls feel a little off (most of the jump) as if the player spends too much time in the gym during leg days, however, this makes the game easier which is only a plus for a game jam entry. The theme makes sense but sadly is mostly on the narrative side. In rest, the game is very polished and feels great to play. Good job.
Cool concept really well executed; smooth controls, great sound and fantastic graphics (inc. the pigeons :P)
If you take it further, I think that having a narrative unfold in the letters as you deliver them would be amazing.
