I think maybe I was getting a bug, I had no idea what to do, the guards didn't show up for me. Mockups look cool though!

Developer

That's weird. If the issue was occuring in the browser build of the game, you can also try downloading the Windows standalone version - maybe that'll help!

Really clever execution of the theme. Enjoyed that each enemy had their own movement pattern, and that you could wait and line a few up for a very satisfying takedown. Might be cool to allow enemies to be destroyed by colliding with the catchers as well (found myself trying to swing a catcher around to hit an enemy just as they were crossing the boundary), but that could lower the difficulty rate you might want. Very satisfying to play :)

Clean and simple! One of the best games here! I could easily see this on    the app store!

Really simple but well exectued, good job!

Really lovely art and presentation. the death animation looks so nice I kept on dying on purpose :)

Nice implementation of the theme and very fun idea. Good job!

Good take on the theme! Art style and music is a good match. Difficulty was on a solid level. Can't wait for more from this game. ;)

The visuals are so crisp and lovely.  I feel like it is missing some sort of super attack to make it feel even more arcade-y (48 hours, only so much you can do, I completely understand).  Really neat game.

Brilliant concept and excellent visual style. My only complaint would be that losing a life for every shape out of bounds seemed harsh - maybe a time limit would've fit the style better? Anyways, awesome job!

I like the idea and the difficulty of the game.

Really loved the concept and the style. I found the controls to be the hardest part to get my head around!

I love this game! It took a while to get used to the spin directions though. I think it would be more intuitive if Left spins counter-clockwise and Right spins clockwise.

I'm a real fan of this game's visual and audio design. The way the ball hits the enemies is just great. The controls feel a bit loose; it takes a bit too much time to come to a stop, this wouldn't be a problem in other types of games but in a difficult arcade game about precision it's not ideal.

I'm a big fan of minimal looking games, and this one is spot on. The swerving squares make the game tricky but I got pretty far I think!

We also make a difficult game, you should check it out :D

Really nice! It's difficult but the controls are smooth and the game looks gorgeous. Great idea and execution!

it's very well polished, simple and addictive! great job! loved that i can move the bullet while it's in air. and would like to see me shooting laser in some point.. the game could work to be a great hyper casual mobile game too! gj!

one last thing.. I'm not really a two-hands thinker I can barley drive a car and watch rare mirror at the same time :3 .. so I would appreciate if there's a way to rotate and shoot with mouse as just one input method >_<' otherwise keep going!!

Lovely game feel, great job!

Great game! :) Took some time to understand that I had to destroy the objects and not dodge them, but really liked the looks and the feel.

Great execution, love how the ball curves to catch into the other paddle
