The art is minimalist, but I enjoyed it! ^^ Especially the speech bubbles, they add quite some charm to the game. The minimalist fight mechanics also work pretty well, although I had a hard time to really understand the timings. It was still fun to play!

Love it, it's so goofy

I found the controls for this confusing. I kept blocking when I attempted to attack, and never did fully figure out how to time the direction and space together to make it work. Overall, the controls felt sluggish and unresponsive to me. I also found the swapping to be rather counter-productive, and I feel like I would have liked the game without it.

Funny game. I liked the role reversal mechanic, and I wish it were in the duels as it seems to be the main hook of the game.

The role reversal mechanic added an interesting layer of strategy to the simple fighting game mechanics. I was only able to test single player but I feel like the idea would really shine in multiplayer.

Very appropriate presentation for the subject matter. The mechanic requires not just countering, but correctly reading your opponent, or even putting yourself at risk on purpose to win. Good execution!

This can become a nice mobile game!

The concept is pretty neat, with more animations, sounds, maybe even moves, it could be a cool party game

The switching mechanic is a decent idea, but I didn't feel like it added much to the game and didn't find the gameplay to be much fun beyond just playing a couple battles.

I only played in singleplayer so I might not have gotten the full experience, but this is really fun! It reminds me of Punch-Out. I did find the controls a little confusing at first.

The game loop is really simple but very fun with timing the dodges and attacks correctly. The whole connection with the theme and swapping between the two sides does help change things up a lot. It's a very good game

Nice game. If the role reversal was in the multiplayer that would've been a great way to get the theme in and I could see that giving some really fun moments. Either way though, multiplayer in a 48 hour jam is impressive
