Felt incredibly smooth to play across all characters. Would be nice to see more levels dedicated to each ones special ability. Great execution of the concept!
Totally! More to come!
Well done, the input system is so smooth! I enjoy the playthrough!
This was very good.
I'm a sucker for a good platformer.
Climbing and crawling over your dead colleges is a fun macabre idea. Definitely got legs.
Thanks! maybe we should add a warning :)
Neat game. It felt like it had a level of depth, like how there were characters of varying sizes and looks, being able to jump to varying ability. Gave the game a bit of personality. Nicely done!
Very interesting concept and flawless execution! The collision felt a bit sketchy at times as other have pointed out as well, but overall good game!
Thank you! I wish I had time to fix that reversed platform control. I kinda enjoy the wacky difficulty it added during playtesting. Its sometimes grotesque how you get impaled, hehe!
The game is really cool! But the hitboxes of platforms, spikes and characters are not clear. And sometimes the character controls were reversed, which seems like a bug. For such a complex platformer these things are very important, if you fix them, the game will be awesome! Good job!
Agreed! We'll work on those issues. Thank you!
I love pixels and I love jump and run and I love dungeons and exploring. This game was made for me.
A pity it doesn't have more levels but nobody can expect 50 levels in an 48 hour game jam.
I definetely had fun playing! Thanks for your game!
Awesome!! thats great to hear and means a lot to us. We planned much more and had to make choices and ended up making fewer levels. Now, you raise the bar to 50 levels, OMG! that'd be great! Come by again to enjoy the following updates.
Very nice game. Was fun experience. Keep doing
Thanks! we'll do!
nice idea and a nice presentation of the idea I really liked the game but the jumping i feel that it was a little too high it makes things easier than they should
Thanks! Comment noted. The jump control could be better indeed. But it sometimes is a part of level design, with character specific jump height. There are places were higher jumpers will die up the ceiling and this is what forces you to find a way to bring lower jumpers that way. Give it a try in a while, we'll get new content and more polished controls. Enjoy!
The pixel art is beautiful, congrats on a great game!
Thanks a lot! We have a great pixel art artist on the team, also working on game and level design.
I think sonic is slower haha, but I really was suprised by the tacticle sacafice mechanic. Interesting idea!
Thanks!
Gotta go fast!
Very hard, but I think that's a good thing. Tons of fun trying to speedrun it, haha. However I had some difficulties with the jump, having coyote time and jump buffering would help a lot. Anyways, great game!
Thank you!
It was not really the intention for it to be hard right away, it’s mostly due to time constraints.
Thanks for the suggestions, we’ll add those in!
Agreed! hard = more death = more fun! Thanks you!
Great game I played it for like 20 min non stop keep doing a great job
Thanks! We participated to the jam for fun times with friends and so players can have fun too. Levels can be hard even when carefull. We are glad you enjoyed it.
Cool concept! Great game!
Thank you! come by again for new ccontent.
Had fun with it, the artists really pulled off a nice vibe
We have to thank our dedicated designer for doing awesome artwork / level design and for enhancing our vision to this level.
Really nice game. Feels super cool to play and I love the concept. A WebGL version would probably have been nice for the Jam as more could easily play it then.
But it's still a great game. Keep it up!
Thanks!
We realized that past the submission deadline after seeing all the entries.
This was great! It's a twisted version of Thomas Was Alone and an old game called Lost Vikings. Great work!
Yeah! We are Lost Vikings old! Glad you enjoyed. Thank you!
I like how you have to not only strategize how you kill everyone, but you also try to get a high score instead of just nilly-willy throwing away all of your people's lives!
Interesting mechanic and the platformer/puzzle twist well with the theme. Good Job!
Cool concept! I think in the second level, you should make using the players as platforms a little more useful, as currently you just have to kill 2 people and use the last person as a sacrifice. The platforms are also a little buggy.
Thank you! We will work on that glitch and others. We'll also add more levels and traps. Play again after we update the game. Enjoy!
We agree! The goal of level 2 was to tell the player that all Raiders must die to successfully complete a level. I guess you probably fail this level at first because you didn't kill all the Raiders, did you?
It's part of the tutorial ^_^
