It's like Snake, except you play as the Pellet. Additionally, the role of the snake as an enemy and friend are reversed, as not only is it a threat, but it is also your only defense against other enemies.

Great moment , and so much memories the time i had my first phone with this being the only game on it, good game with a good twist. nice job.

Seriously though, this is a super fun and clever game with a ton of interesting and fast-paced decision making. It's really polished as well, amazing that this was done in 48 hours!
Super neat take on snake within the prompt! I love the push/pull of eating bugs gets them off the screen but making it harder to navigate around the snake(s)
great bullet hell and was more than just avoid the snake as you had to guide it like a Shepard loved all the depth of the different enemy types and trying to manage the snake and the food.
A pretty hectic game! But also a lot of fun.
This is incredibly fun! I think it would work amazingly as an on-screen-joystick controlled mobile game. The introduction of new gimmicks as the game went on felt well paced, and you had a real incentive to get the snakes to eat everything so you wouldn't have to deal with as much chaos. I love how different bugs force you to stop using certain playstyles, especially the hornet and ants. I couldn't make it to round 15 but I will definitely come back to this later. It may have been helpful to allow the player to start at a later wave with a points penalty, just so they could see more of the game, but I totally get it if that's not the style of game you were going for. It might have also been nice to add some occasional powerups like an extra life or temporary invincibility, maybe as a reward for having the snakes eat everything in a wave? Overall, great concept, extremely polished, and amazingly executed. Great job!

I 100% agree that extra lives or a 'quick start' mode would have been a good addition, definitely something I plan to add after the judging period ends. You do get extra points for clearing an entire wave before the timer expires, but power ups or extra lives sounds even better. Thanks for the ideas!

Really fun concept, I liked how diverse the enemies were. Tricking the snakes into eating other enemies was pretty satisfying
