I really like most things about this game. I would like to have a ship count or something to see how many I've taken down or maybe a visual difference in the ships we are fighting?
A funny romp, but quickly gets old. Nice art though
The art and music were great! I really like this idea in general and would love to see more gameplay. I wasn't quite sure if any of the static buffs were doing anything. I got to a point where I would destroy the ship in two hits regardless and then it didn't seem like anything I chose after that (atk speed or damage) made any difference. Otherwise, great premise and a super fun idea.
The art is cool and there is some really good theming, but the gameplay gets repetitive really fast. Some more features would be really cool!

Well Done, a very very very addicting game, the visuals are kinda a cool, but there is no goal than destroying a boat, it could be fun if there a score sytem everytime you destroy a boat, but overall it's great, I've enjoy playing it! Can you also play my game please!
Addictive gameplay! However once I got strong enough there wasn't any challenge anymore. I can imagine the game getting a lot better if there was more time to add more mechanics and difficulty progression.
Cracking 😊 level of polish. It's easy but of course it is... you're a legendary monster of the sea! Looks super polished and the music was totally fitting.
I was super impressed with the art and polish! The different power-ups are creative too. There's really no challenge though and I'd like to see more options for attacking and avoiding damage.
Awesome game ! Nice graphics and animations. You may get this comment a lot, but I think it's too easy in its current state, buuuuuut it's a jam game, who cares ? :D

This is so fun and I loove smacking ships as the kraken. Wishing there was more to do though which is awesome cuz that means it's fun :P
the art is really nice and stylistic, but I did encounter the same bug as mentioned before, where the ship wouldn't spawn anymore.
Thank you! I ran into that bug a couple times myself but didn't know why or what was causing it. We never found time to get to the bottom of it so it sadly just got left in.

Thank you! I took a little reference from Sea of Thieves for the kraken because of how well they made that fight.
Looks great, is incredibly funny and is communicated very well. I especially love the RAMPAGE!
Thanks! That ability went through phases of getting changed and tweaked, but we eventually landed on the idea of a rampage. I'm glad you liked it!

Great little game. I think the core gameplay loop is great and the art/music are fantastic. Love all the extra oomph you added to every attack. Would love to see more ship variety and boss battles.
Also, I think I encountered a bug. I ship would not spawn in after a few rounds. Only happened one game though. There's also something weird if you're spamming attacks with the hot sauce bonus - really messes with the interface after the ship is destroyed.
We were planning on adding a pirate captain boss battle, but just couldn't find the time to make him. We ran into both bugs while working on it but couldn't pinpoint exactly what was wrong and what was causing the problem. We did however think of a fix for the UI glitch after submissions were over. Thank you for the feedback!
Great try on a Kraken game! It felt really nice to smash the ships and you really put a lot of effort into the animations! The power ups felt great to use too, the Rampage was a fan favourite!
The game plays well and feels nice for the first 3 or 5 minutes then it just becomes stale, but good job nonetheless, only complaint is that the difficulty doesn't increase when playing the game.
Thank you for the feedback! I agree. We're currently focusing on improving the visuals, music, and feel more so than the actual game itself and then we will shift to making the game actually playable.
