Very fun game, my only tip is to make some labels for the power-ups so the player doesn't have to remember what each of them do. Btw I really like the main menu art and also it's really satisfying to play

It turns out I'm slightly better at being the soccer ball than I am being the soccer player. The game's pretty great so far, but adding some on-screen text to explain the powerups would be nice so that you don't have to go into the description to figure it out. Other than that, good job!

Neat idea and the controls feel pretty good. I would probably explain the goal of the game though, just a short tutorial or how to play menu option. I was a little bit lost before I read the actual itch page. Great submission though!

This game is so polished for a jam game, I really like it! I sort of wish for some sort of health meter, because as it stands, this game is really tough. I like all the animation as well! Great work!

If you have time, I'd love it if you'd check out my submission!

Good game.

Coins magnet, ball movement, dash - feels really good. I would wish for some kind of dash cooldown.

I loved this game! We had the same idea but chose not to do it. It was one of the games we were gonna try making, but I'm glad we didn't because then it would've been hard to compete with you! This game is amazing and I'd love to see this on mobile! I'd get it! Or maybe on Switch! If you have time, could you come rate my game?

Thank you for playing! I left a comment and rating on your game (it was amazing).

This game is so fun to play I love it, good job !

A perfect, beautifully polished game with a very original idea, well done!

The momentum and handling of the ball alongside the magnetic coin attraction made this game feel immediately good to play! The slippery movement of the ball makes the dash feel more powerful because it allows you to turn on a dime. I kind of wish the ball didn't die in one hit so that I could see how the powerups stack and interact. If you wanted to continue developing this, adding more powerups and enemy types would really kick it up a notch!

Really cool idea and implementation! As others said it would be nice to have more information/have it more apparent. Especially something that shows more clearly that the dash is ready (more than the tiny arrow) and what the upgrades might do.

Super unique concept! Loveeee the cute characters too :D Good job!

This one i could get addicted to!

Would like to see a progress bar for the dash-cooldown, but very enjoyable to play!

Took a while to figure out and get the hang of, but once I did it was fun. Great mechanic!

I almost made this exact game! I enjoy blowing up the soccer players. You might want to make it a little more obvious that you can dash because I didn't notice the arrow turning orange until I read the comments. Good work!

This is a great game :) If there was an indication of when the dash is ready, that could help improve it maybe

Thank you for your feedback! The arrow actually does turns from grey to orange when the dash is ready.

Good to know! I must have missed that detail :)

This is a really fun concept, I love the arcade vibe so much, I found the upgrades a little bit confusing, I visual guide or even having images of each upgrade next to what they do in the description would help!

The gameplay loop is quite simple but very fun, I would maybe make the player start a little bit stronger in the beginning so they can get straight into the action!

The difficulty scaling and having new enemy types is really nice!

Amazing game, music and art are very good. I would just suggest to make it increase difficulty over time and maybe some game over screen or auto-restart. Overall a great game!

Really cool game! It took a tiny bit of time to get the idea; I was a bit confused by the text below the score at first, but in the end everything was quite intuitive. Apart from that I thought the shooting guy were very punishing. I also would've liked an explanation of the items ingame. Overall great game though, quite fun!

This game is so enjoyable! I really liked it and replayed it lot of times. I don't know what are the items for and in my game, at least, I don't have feedback when I loose; but overall it's a really fun videogame, the music and sound effects are fantastic and I love the cover of your game, congrats!!!

Submitted

I just realized you put the effects of the items in the game page, I'm going to play it again knowing it haha

The game was amazing. The movement felt so good and the art , music and soundeffects were all fantastic. I also liked the anims for when you killed players and the upgrades at the end of each round. the game was hard thought I rlly had fun playing it. And the feedback for when you could dash was also a good thing. I would want to know better what each upgrade does. But the game is one of my favourites. Nice job!
