How does your game fit the theme?
A fast paced city builder game, where the objective is to save the buildings by rearranging an existing layout, rather than creating or planning them. Additionally, the player controls a UFO which is here to help instead of attack.

Visuals are very pretty and I really like the voice acting! It felt a little hard to stop above a small building to pick it up, but perhaps I just suck at the game.
No you don't suck! The controls are a little tough. I was struggling to balance speed versus precision without making everything look jank! Thanks for playing, hope you enjoyed it!
Really cool idea and super nice presentation! Maybe it's too hard saving buildings of both side and it's better focusing on just one of them. Very good job!
Our intent was to make which side to focus a difficult decision, and to reward repeat players for them knowing how the hazards would approach.
Not saying we achieved that! But that was our intention :D
Thanks for playing!
Really creative idea, fantastic style and graphics, and I love the voice acting! It was hectic trying to bounce between the two sides and save all the buildings. I wish the play area was just a tiny bit smaller, or the buildings a little bigger. I found it hard to juggle steering precisely and seeing what was going on, but thats also probably cause its my first time ever playing this game :P
Yeah we didn't quite get the controls nailed to be honest! Movement code has never been my strong suit! We originally had the map over five times that height and width, but thankfully had the good sense to shrink it down, though maybe we could've done it a bit more.
Thank you for playing! I hope you enjoyed it!
Holy crap! This is pretty cool! To think this is made in 48 hrs... It reminds me that I have a looong way to go yet. haha
I liked the game play and all but also really appreciated the title screen and voice over! I'm assuming you recorded it yourself. It was pretty funny at times. lol
Nicely done!
We did record it ourselves yes! We made a little recording booth out of a table and some blankets :D
Thank you for playing and your kind words!
Very creative! The controls are a bit hard to use, though. You overshoot buildings really easily. But I enjoyed everything else about it!
Thanks for playing! Yeah it was hard to balance having enough speed to traverse the map nicely versus the overshooting. Just didn't have enough time to tweak it unfortunately!
Really cool idea and it's pretty fun if stressful
Thanks! It is a bit hectic, we wanted to do more balancing but ran out of time D:
It is something! Great presentation for 48 hours. Yes, it is lagging a bit, but it didn't drive me away from playing. The soundtrack and voice clips are awesome! It is a very creative take on the theme as well. Congrats!
Thank you for the kind words and thanks for playing! :)
That ones toast folks! Great little experience here :) I see some mechanics in this that I feel would be very challenging to pull off so awesome job on that! I really liked the look of the shader on basic assets it really brings it to life actually so very nice :)
Thank you very much for the compliment! And thanks for playing :)
Cool idea, nice gameplay, fits the theme! As a fellow voice actor for my game, I really liked your voices! They add to the charm!
Thank you for playing! As a forever DM I love doing voices, and that extends to our games!
Yeah, I'm a forever DM too. I'm sensing a patern here! xD
This game has so much personality and it looks amazing for a jam game. Great job.
However the controls feel quite hard to handle and the gameplay loop feels quite hectic and i feels as if wouthat i do doesn't matter too much, and its all about beeing fast, as if the gameplay loop doesn't have much intent behind it.
I'd say maybe at a highlight on the ground below yourself/the building to make it feel more responsive / easy to read. And maybe reduce the size of the town, so that you have a better overview, and can more actively make decisions about how you rearange buildings, including those not imideately in danger.
Thank you for the feedback! We would have liked snappier controls but unfortunately ran out of time to implement it. Reducing the town size would definitely have made it easier and more contained. Thanks for playing!
A bit smoother controls and it will be flawless. Nice art and idea. Well done!
That's some high praise! Yes, we agree, but it's just one of those balance things that we ran out of time on. Hope you enjoyed it!

Really cool and nice presentation, graphics are amazing. Would be great if controls felt better
Yes, we think snappier controls would really help, but sadly that's just how gamejams go sometimes! Thank you for playing, and we hope you liked it!
But you have to be very proud of your work, it's very good for such a short time, congratulations!!
Very impressive execution, and really cool idea!
Would love if the controls felt a bit more crisp.
Thank you! Yes, we would have liked to spend more time on polishing that sort of thing. Snappier controls would help a lot, but sadly this is just the nature of a 48hr jam!
Love the voice and sound effects! I like how you added both a volcano AND a tsunami.
Thank you! We originally planned to have a bunch more disasters, like Earthquakes and Asteroids! But sadly didn't get time to add them. Next time perhaps!!!
I love the voice acting, hahaha, and the concept itself is really cool.
We're getting a lot of positive comments about the voice acting, which is great because it's so much fun to do! Thank you for playing!
That was amazing! I loved the voice acting and sound effects (Those poor souls!). Great game!
That line would be the vocal talents of our programmer! Silly voices are always fun to include! Glad you had fun!
good idea!
Thank you! We found the theme tricky this year, but we're happy how it turned out!
I really liked the voice acting. It took me a minute to figure out that the disasters were coming from the sides, but I really enjoyed it once I figured it out.
Looks like both our teams went for similar SFX! We wanted to add more ways to make it clear where the threats are, but there is only so much time after all! Thank you for playing!
