i really liked teh concept even if i found a bit uncomfortable to play since i don't have arrow keys. The puzzles where fun but in some cases i think the "plataforming" was a bit frustrating and i don't think thats good for a puzzle game. if you made teh jumping and timing stuff easier it wouldn't distract the player from the puzzles.
Thanks for you feedback! We are happy for the fact that you enjoyed our game despite all these issues, we hope they haven't ruined the complete experience for you!
no deff. didn't ruined it it was great.
Thanks again, we'll work hard to solve all the issues you reported after the jam. :)
Top marks from me. This is very clever. The subverted expectations of controlling the menu might not survive a full game on its own but by adding new twists and mechanics like the pause menu puzzle I can see this being expanded in to a full release.
Thank you so much! We are glad that you are investing these kind words on our project <3
You've got a really solid foundation for a puzzle game here. I could imagine this getting super complicated and tricky real fast in some very fun ways. Can't wait for more levels!
Thank you so much for your feedback! We are aware of this and even other issues, we are willing to release a post-jam update in order to solve all these problems signaled through comment like yours. We are glad you played our game!
I haven't played as the tutorial yet in this jam; this game is great! I'd love to see it expanded on post-jam. It's sometimes difficult to do actions quickly because they have to be toggled through. Maybe they could all be active at once? That would change the game significantly, though. Great game!
Very interesting idea, thanks for the inspiration! We we'll surely take this into account when polishing and expanding the game in the future.
Also we are aware of the issues you are reporting, and we'll be happy to solve them in a post-jam relese. Thanks for playing <3
Nice work. A little bit harder due to switching controls, but my brain is definitely stronger. :)
Ha ha, didn't expect that! VERY creative. Really enjoyable as well! This seems like straight out of the "Out of Control" game jam XD
My only criticism would be that it's a bit finicky switching between control commands, it should be easier somehow.
Thank you so much, we are glad that you enjoyed it despite the issues you are reporting! We are sorry for the problems you encountered with controls, we are willing to solve all of them in a post-jam relese :D
Cool game! Enjoyed the 7 levels. Good work!
Super creative - this melted my brain a bit to play! Moving the tutorial box rather than the player was a nice surprise that put a huge smile on my face. A great concept really well executed, awesome job!
Haha this is a fun approach to the theme. Pretty cool
This is really creative. The pause mechanic I found especially clever. I think the game could have used some more difficult levels, though---I never felt particularly challenged or puzzled by any of them. Good work on this!
Thank you so much for your feedback! Our idea was in fact to show the potential of the game, without blocking the player with real challenges in this first prototype. Anyway we are programming lots of expansions, even in difficulty, in the upgraded version of the product! Stay tuned if you like :D
What an interesting take! Great work on the puzzles, really enjoyed them :)
Really awesome idea! Love the art and puzzles, great job!
Awesome, when I saw the interface fall instead of the character moving, you made my day!
We are really glad you enjoyed our take! Thank you very much <3
Really cool concept ! The "pause" level is coming at the perfect timing, it amazed me !
Thank you very much! We are glad you enjoyed it :D
This game is really fun and well made! When I tried to move the character and the UI element started moving I honestly laughed out loud. I also love the fact that the dummies are just standing there doing nothing, such great sense of humor.
Our game was also kindda "dummy" themed too, but we took it in a different direction. Anyways, great game. Congratulations!
Love this game! The mechanics are simple and enjoyable!
Really fun, short and sweet game. I especially like the last level, it really made you feel quite smart when you solved it. I would definitely like to see a more fleshed out version of this.
Thanks for you kind words! We already have several ideas that we would like to test and implement, so stay tuned if you like! :D
What a great and unique interpretation of the theme! I also loved how you used the aesthetics of Mark's Magnet Game. Well done!
Thank you very much for the feedback! It is actually a complete coincidence to tell the truth, but it is definitely a funny coincidence
A fun and unique concept, excellent presentation and great pixel art. As you might guess from our my game I have a soft spot for good pixel art.
Thank you very much for playing and for the good feedback!
Nice i really love the character! unfurtunally you play as the tutorial box ! nice twist! nice platformer!
Thank you so much! <3
