I like the card system of your game, it made the twist of "You are the Enemy" quite unique gameplay-wise. It's really fun to try and think where to place our enemies as we see the player becoming stronger and stronger, only to be slayed at the end.
I also love the illustrations, well done for such a short time!
I love the concept and it plays well. I'd love to see this kind of game polished! Well done
Played this longer than I initially planned to. I really enjoyed it. lol. Great job!
Cool and smart game.
Great idea and nicely executed! One of those easy to learn, hard to master games.
The art is fantastic! My hero definitely took the path of least resistance. Ha! Great job!
The art is so cool. The card concept reminds me of the Final Fantasy VIII card game. Well done :)
Clever idea, I really like the concept of managing an army of monsters with different effects. I was playing the game and realised something was off - the UI was not loading, but only after I put the game in fullscreen mode, so maybe it is a WebGL problem. But I still enjoyed the game, good job!
nice work, its fun to dogpile on the hero with all your minions. interesting spin on the theme!
Lol I've noticed there are quite a few of us all with the same theme of being the "Boss" of the game, though we have quite different takes with yours being a reverse rogue like and mine being sorta a survivors like.
Cool game though! I really enjoyed the artwork on all the different little monster tiles. Also nice idea where the hero gets stronger after each round, but you at least get to pick the buff for the hero. Overall great implementation of the theme!
Ah yes, a fellow "you are the boss monster creating their dungeon" theme creator. Same fundamental idea, very different outcomes. Was interesting to play your game and it plays pretty well.
Let's goooo! Epic art, epic concept. Boss.
i looove the gameplay and sound effects! art also fits so well :)
though the text missed in some places and i am not so sure which upgrades i used, it was still fun playing. maybe a short in-game tutorial would be also nice, with some instructions while you actually play.
p.s. i enjoyed using the poison card so much that i was pretty scared when there appeared a level without it :D
That's a pretty neat idea. Looks good, plays reasonably well, fits the theme well enough. Good stuff. Well done! Don't really have much to say, it's pretty solid. Anything I could say is just too much to ask for in 48h, so... Well done!
Great art! took me some time to understand how it works but overall a fun game!
Confusing at first but once you got the hang of it it's really fun! Interesting concept and really good artwork.
I took me a moment to get into the game, but when I got the mechanics it was very fun. I always love hand drawn assets and the art was great. Could see this being a full game if you decide to make more content!
Very intersting game! could even be a mobile game imo
Well done!
Interesting design decision to choose which buff the hero would get next round.
Cool idea and nice presentation.
Creative take on the casual-bejeweled-game genre. I wish I knew what direction the hero was moving in so I could better plan my moves, it felt a bit random when the hero dodged my plans.
The hero will always make the best option for him, it's a little bit frustrating for the player i guess but it was a deisgn choice to make the Hero smart exactly like a player will be if the role were inverted (if it make sense for you).
