for a 3hr game great work. Wish i could move the trees left right but 3 hours :D
It was cool that the Sound Effects sounded like Joust. Interesting color balance in the art style.
I'm impressed you only needed 3h to make this. I think we hadn't written a single line of code 3h in :D Though if you managed to create this from scratch in 3h, I would have definitely liked to see what you could have created in 48!
thankyou! i will definitley be updating this game after the voting/rating period.
Fun game, nice take on the theme!
You should've set the sprites' filter mode to "point", otherwise it was amazing for only 3 hours! :)
Thanks, will try that out when I update the game. Will see the difference it makes.
3 hours? That's super impressive! I genuinely prefer this to flappy bird, it's so much less stressful 😂 Which engine did you use?
Thanks! and I used Unity 2022.1.4f
The reason I asked - I usually use pixel art in Unity too and I had the blurry pixel art problem - it took me a while to figure out. On the sprite settings, if you set Compression to "None" and the Filter Mode to "Point: No filter" it should make it look all sharp. I hope that's helpful for the future! ^_^
this will be very helpful, thankyou!
Ive been using unity for about 4 years now and wasnt aware of this, I usually just scale my sprites up in piskel to get rid of the blur.
Will definitley be using this in the future!
Only 3 hours, this is really good for a 3 hour game.
3 hours? Nice, good job. What would the game look like if you had 48 hours? xD
Only 3h ??? Impressive ! Quite fun, It is a bit weird to try to "catch" the trees with the mouse though.
For a 3hour submission this is quite impressive so take my improvements as post jam suggestions rather than criticisms!
I love this approach to the reverse flappy bird concept, having it nature themed and moving trees around is quite unique!
Some improvements I would have made would be to have variance in SFX (it can become quite repetitive otherwise) even just dynamic pitch shifting would help.
Some variance in different tree sprites would also add some diversity, maybe having the biome shift as you play for longer :]
Cute short little game!
I really like this take on Flappy Bird, it fits the theme perfectly. I'd like to see the bird have more vertical movement and maybe move sideways occassionally as well, but this is really impressive given it was made in under three hours!
It was impressive what you managed to create in just under three hours! The controls felt surprisingly good.
The gameplay is a little too simplistic, could've needed a bit more variation on the bird's trajectory, but it's really not that bad for a game made in 3 hours!

Simple but effective! Good Job
damn that crow! very unexpectable!
just kidding I enjoyed the experience, nicely done!
but it was kinda difficult to grab the tree...it could be better if the hitbox is bigger, or if I could control it with keyboard/keypad!
Cool Idea and fun execution! I fully enjoyed playing this and its great especially considering the time spent. If I could suggest one feature it would be for the bird too the top/bottom of the level everynow and again as it would definitely increase difficulty and make it even better imo. Great job!
This is cute!
An interesting and cute take on the original flappy bird.
Very pretty game! Just wish that both the top and bottom trees were clickable, since I could only seem to move the pipes from the top piece
Little difficult to grab the trees but still fun!
