Great concept and presentation. The only issue I had was that the controls could use a lot of work. I feel like giving the player mouse look to help with aiming, or maybe adding a control to lock the player rotation could go a long way.

I love this game! so well polished in controlling and art. I like how you highlight the key elements while the whole level is transparent ( no it's not)

And the freedom for players really amphesise the level design

Nice game! I found it a bit glitchy when restarting, often cubes would be in the level but invisible, or would spawn in an old location instead of being fully reset. A drop shadow under the box that shows where it will land would be really helpful too, I found I was guessing sometimes. Overall good puzzle design though!

Artist from Crescendo here! Really cute game with solid mechanics, and cool lighting/atmosphere :)

I loved the puzzle design in this game! I think it made good use of the ability to scale objects, especially with details such as only being able to throw the cube when it is shrunken and not fully sized and heavy. Some of the levels were a bit hard to read because of the greyboxing but that's understandable. I thought the lighting was really good though and the little dithered background shader was also a good touch.

Hello, composer from the game "Crescendo" here! Really cool game and I love the art and music! I thought that the game design of each level was well thought out and thought that the game executed the theme of the jam really well!

love the vibes of this game. there were a few places where i could get out of the map if i tried and some of the respawn points didnt work sometimes, as well as the walls in the way entirely dissapearing instead of being partially translucent was disorienting, but overall pretty good

Great execution of the premise! Love the aesthetics as well, the faintly somber music and darker visuals create a nice scene. Glad you cleared up the game's end in the description because I was confused for a moment lol.

Nice mechanics. I hadn't fully read the description to realize jumping into the abyss at the end was the end so I did that level a few times lol. I liked the character model a lot too.

This was cool! I enjoyed the art style and vibes a lot. Very PS2 aesthetic, and everything fit together well. I wish you'd have gone for a more interesting game idea - i've seen a lot of scale-the-object by now - but you did make the best of it with how well you executed on it.
I got stuck in the end after losing a block that did not respawn in the right place, but these are the kinda kinks that are probably easy to work out with a bit more time.

thanks for playing! and yeah I absolutely agree. Going in solo, I really wanted to focus more on the vibes and art than having  a super unique mechanic, but ironically I spent significantly more time just trying to make the game work and break less then on making assets for it. Lessons learned for the next jam though!

I LOVE THE ART STYLE SO SO MUCH!! The gameplay is fun and makes you think (i can't think so i couldn't get past the 2nd puzzle after like 10 minutes of trying lol)
