Amazing title artwork and music! The gameplay was confusing at first but I think I managed to understand it a couple rounds in. It's a bit hard to tell when you, or the opponent, are being damaged though. I think I ran into a glitch on my first round as well, where I couldn't play any card at all (quitting the game, and reopening it fixed it though).

I liked this one. Loved the way you integrated the background music with the gameplay!

Realy creative use of the theme I never thought THAT scale! Also the artstyle is realy good. I like that it gives hints which card I currently can play. I would like instead of building scales (I get it that was the theme :D) you build melodies and the more "complete" the meldoy is the more damage you do.
Also It need some element to reduce the RNG a bit.

This is a cool idea but it's just a bit too reliant on RNG for my taste. There's not a lot you can do to make sure you can continue the scale if you don't get the right cards. But the idea of continuing the scale is really cool. Especially with the dynamic music. Makes it feel like a climactic card duel between musicians. I really wish I could've gotten more than 3 cards in a row just to hear the music.

Overall, cool game!

I like it, it's just too luck based for me. Normally with card games you can count, but that doesn't really work here. Plus because I and my opponent knew exactly what cards the other had nobody ever got to play and it came down to whoever had the more damage dealing cards. I think what would be really cool is if you had more than twenty different scales to choose from and more than 10 cards so you could make the largest strings to deal more damage instead of hoping you don't get another D if you already have two D's. Obviously making music in 20 different scales sounds like quite a task, I'm pretty sure you can just write your music in 1 to 7 instead of in a particular scale and just create the music in engine. Now make a different track for music with a 1 to 8 scale and you've got tons of possibilities. You would play against that one guy who starts using the Italian enigmatic scale. Maybe even include the chromatic scale, as it would be really satisfying I think.

Definitely a cool game though. Approved.

A really neat concept! I loved the art and the music, and the way it tied into the mechanics. The gameplay was interesting once I got the hang of it, though I did feel a little at the whims of rng at times. But the idea is very creative, and I'd love to see it expanded upon with some more cards to give the player a bit more agency!

Took me just a bit to really get how it worked, but then I got it and was enjoying myself. I appreciate that the cards would get highlighted when it was obvious they could be played next. The music was really nice! I'm not sure what the benefit of seeing your opponents cards is though. Maybe to know if they could finish the scale or if they will hurt themselves if they have no good cards against what I already placed on the center? Still, I liked it quite a bit, might come back to try it again and see if I can listen to every scale fully

Another musical scales game!! The artwork and music was amazing for this game. I felt though that the AI always seemed to have an advantage on me or just luck was never on my side any of the times I played it. With some tweaks, this would be such a cool card game! Even a fun physical card game

Hi, great game, love the art style and music, the game itself is good too, tho I got destroyed by AI like nothing :D Anyway great job.

hello! artist here, glad to hear that you enjoyed the art! I too, got wrecked by the AI when I was playing it T_T

Whoa, that was so cool!

Hadn't thought of musical scales when considering ways to interpret the theme, super original. The presentation is also very classsy for a jam.

Super simple but I think it shows a lot of potential. Also the dynamic music element is smart, having a composser on our own team, wish I had thought of that :)

Cool!! I had no idea what I was doing the first time around but after I understood the strategy it was a blast (and maybe a bit too easy). Love the adaptive background music

Thies is very cooool!! A very well-executed idea, you really knew how to use the concept of scale. The way the music builds as you play the cards is very well done. I think you should invest in the game—it would easily be a card game I'd play! :)

This was awesome! I would love to play a fleshed out version of this especially with different genres and more abilities. At first I was a little confused because I thought any note within a key that was not yet established were all valid; I think a rule about how cards should be in an ascending scale would have helped me! Appropriate cards being highlighted was a good tip that got me out of that trap though, so I'm grateful for that.

Special shoutout to the the level of detail in the music! Loved the layering of instruments with each card, how songs are in the same key, and the crescendo when you complete the scale. Certain to tickle musician gamers :D Well done!

Really interesting and daring execution of the idea. Would love to see some more cards that does "multiple" of the next damage on those "blanks" so there's reason to play multiple "blanks" and maybe some variation cards to allow for "thirds" "fifth" "chords" and etc... Maybe some cards can change the descending/ascending requirement.

Otherwise, great game and idea, love the art, music and the game play

I'm glad to find a fellow card game! :)

The art style is outstanding, and the core concept is really good. I don't have a musical background, so the cheat sheet and the highlight was really useful figuring out what order to play the cards. The effects on the cards also made playing them more interesting.

Overall it's a solid and well-executed game idea, well done!

The art is amazing! I love how the music played matches the key of the current scale! Very nice detail! I do wish there was bit more explanation on how to play though, it was tough learning how to play. Overall, great game, well done!

Really smart idea to make it about musical scales.

This game can turn into a full game if you follow the main mechanic to it's fullest

I'm a bit confused on how to play, but I relay like this idea!!
