Such a challenging, fun game! The art style was also really cool.

The artwork was amazing I love it, really funny! I did not know how it fit into the theme of the gameJam but great work nevertheless!

Ok that was hilarious and I love the many uses of the game jam theme.  The artwork was great, loved the game play mechanics

Awesome gameplay, fun challenge and cute graphics! Really hard and didn’t get too far. I came across a bird that didn’t try to eat me, breaking suspension of disbelief! /s

Fun game :)

Thanks! I think he was preoccupied with the bucket

I liked this one a lot! A fun little rage game that I can totally see being expanded upon in the future. I also really liked the attention to detail you've put into it, like the sign making a different sound when bumping into it than the ground. Only real complaint I have is that chippoints seem to spawn you the way you entered them, which means if you entered them badly, every restart is gonna be annoying. Background music was pretty smart, nice use of a Shepard-like effect (I prefer this one over the SM64 one, definitely).

Really good game! The art is very cute and the sound effects are great.

Very cute art and concept,  a bit hard to control so had to use the cheat code to finish, but overall enjoyed the mood :)

My favorite kind of torment. The fish flopping sounds really make it.

Super smart and terribly frustrating to be unable to chose the direction of the jump. That awfull feeling when you finally passed a tricky spot to land facing backward and inevitably jeumping back down is what makes this a great game. Adding cheats is super nice in this context with 7k+ game to test so you can see all the nice art without having to spend half an hour on it ! Grat experience overall thanks a lot !

Beautiful art style! I like how simple it is, and the fish flopping provided a good (frustrating) challenge!

Also how did you do this so fast.

Great job!

Thanks for reminding me of how frustrated I was when first time I play Flapp bird.

Submitted

really slick and really frustrating lmao. I got 1.28 minutes and 68 jumps after my first completion

Submitted

I hated every second of it! this was great! :D this is one of the simplest and the most frustrating games I've ever played, it's genius.

Submitted

I DID IT!!!!!

Developer

Well done! Nice work! That's a pretty low jump count actually!

Submitted

I like the look a lot, so that is strong, I wasn’t a fan of the volume of the music compared to the sfx also, but it is still a solid entry

Submitted

Love the visuals but I'm not made for this frustrating games, haha!
Looks polished, though!

Genius, it was painful but I made it in about 20 minutes
