Tower tumble, Tabletop tumble?!? you stole our name!!!!!
noo jk :P
Very fun game. I really like the shapes mechanic. and i think i reached the point where suddenly you spawn a person every 10ms or something :P
The art style of this game is great! I started off super confident but I quickly realized my strategy of "throw everything at the first spot I see it" wasn't going to work you. Nice job!
Really interesting idea! I enjoyed figuring out how to balance the whole structure although sometimes it was a bit unclear what colors i had already placed as they lose their color when the people spawn instead of when they claim it.
Thanks a lot for your feedback! Blocks do lose their color once a block has been claimed. But in the beginning, you will be fast enough to place blocks down before the queue fills, meaning they claim them upon spawning. You were just quick enought in the beginning. You don't need to necessarily keep your colors balanced, as long as you are able to have enough space for your queue.
Cool concept and art style!
I loved the idea! it's like a tetris 3D. Good work!
Awesome game, i like the aesthetic of it! The camera controls are a bit confusing until you learn them
I made the same comment on the game page but realize it was more likely to be seen here:
Big issue that you can fix right now: on a small screen I can't see both the score, the people waiting and the next cubes. The small dots in the bottom help but it still annoying to play without seeing a part of the screen or to have to change the zoom in your browser. You can either allow full screen or reduce the size of the screen in the edition panel of your game (note: it won't disqualify you or anything as long as you do not edit the files, you can edit the thumbnails screenshot and screen resolution at any time).
Even in beginner mode the game quickly becomes difficult because you have to get lucky and have the correct color cube, which does not always happen.
Nice pixel effects :)
SPOILER WARNING if you have not played the game do not read the following part it might ruin your experience I found a sort of exploit where cubes placed near the fence despawn after a short amount of time so you juste have to create a wall of cube near the fence and on that wall there are all the symbols so it is really esay to place cube very quickly (but I still lose when I don't have the correct colors)
Thank you a lot for your feendback! We are aware of the fact that on smaller screens, there is the case where the score is cutoff, however changing your screen scaling within your browser does resolve this issue, we've found it to be the right size for the majority of users as it would be too small otherwise.
Also, small tip, near the fence is too far so your Tower will not be up to regulation standards. Resulting in them falling down and losing you points. :)
ah lol I didn't see the score so I didn't notice xD
This game is so addictive to me
Very good take on the theme of the jam, I have to say! Controls were intuitive, though I did encounter the odd misclick when trying to place blocks. Didn't detract from the enjoyment of the game, though - it was fun!
Well done!
would love this as a phone game
During playtesting we had that feedback too. I already started to make it work on mobile, it's clunky af rn, but good chance we do actually port it to Android and make an App out of it at some point as we also had a progression system in mind that we didn't manage to cram in due to our works schedule.
would love this as a phone game
Nice game!
