I love the artstyle ! it was a bit tricky to understand how to help the wizard
Thank you for playing!
Lovely music and graphics - particularly the use of negative space and limited colours for that 8-bit vibe. The controls were just a little bit finicky, but I managed to get through the levels!
Thanks for playing!
That's the first issue I'll try to solve if I do make a post-jam version.
Controls and collisions could use some touch ups, I managed to get the mage stuck in a wall at one point, oops. But a very nice concept with a decent number of enjoyable puzzles exploring it.
Thanks for playing!
Godot physics can be a bit silly sometimes.
I am unable to finish the first level :see_no_evil: maybe i missed some mechanic
You're meant to hold X and hold an arrow key to scale in the direction you want.
OOOOOOOOH, i can scale left and right! let me give it another try!
and upwards!
Great visuals, music, and overall vibe.
An introduction level that guided me a bit more would have helped at lot at the start, but once I figured out how the scale mechanic worked I really enjoyed it.
I had planned an prologue level that teaches the very basics, but we were running low on time.
Thanks for the comment!
Great graphics and gameplay, though it took a long time to get used to. The music was very enjoyable too!
Glady you enjoyed!
Controls were a bit odd (a thing that came up a couple of times is that I couldn't scale downwards while on the ground), but damn this game is beautiful! It was very fun.
That's an issue that we discovered on the QA phase, I had an idea for a fix but didn't have time to implement.
Thanks for playing!
Great Game, fun level design, unique mechanics, fun to play, it took a bit of time getting used to the controls, but once you get the hang of it, its amazing. One note, are you supposed to be able to hover/levitate when changing scales? (X)
Thanks for playing! Yup, that's intended!
Clever mechanic, chill visuals, and smart level design? Sign me up!
Glad you liked it!
I am proud that poor lenny only befell a tragic demise but once during my playthrough.
You get a star for that ⭐
Such a clever gameplay mechanic! I love the idea that we aren't like the 'main' character but rather just helping someone along. The music was super lovely as well.
